Розкривається сутність понять «управління», «організаційні зміни», «адаптація», а також уточнюється поняття «стратегічні зміни» Досліджено особливості та проблеми управління персоналом в умовах проведення стратегічних змін. Запропоновано тлумачення поняття «адаптивність персоналу до стратегічних змін». Для проведення дослідження застосовані методи теоретичного узагальнення, аналізу та синтезу, що дозволила отримати наступні результати. Визначено характер потреби в адаптації персоналу до стратегічних змін у діяльності підприємства. Надано теоретичне обґрунтування управління адаптацією персоналу як складової загального процесу управління персоналом. Визначено завдання управління адаптацією персоналу до стратегічних змін.; EN: The article considers the problem of adaptation of staff to strategic changes in the enterprise. The interpretation of the term "management" is analyzed from the standpoint of scientists in various fields, which allows to distinguish two aspects of this concept – ensuring the stability of employees or the transition of enterprise staff from the existing level to a new, more appropriate state of external and internal environment. The article proves that the second aspect focuses precisely on such direction of management as change management. The paper analyses the essence of the concepts "organizational change" and "strategic change" in the interpretation of domestic and foreign scientists. It determines that the main difference between these concepts are scale, urgency and depth, i.e. in contrast to organizational changes, which can occur rather slowly and affect certain components of the organization, strategic changes related to organizational transformation, affect large-scale, long-term issues within the whole organization. During solving these issues, the change in the values occurs, as well as the change in aspirations and behavior of staff together with the change in processes, methods, strategies and systems. The research of a number of scientific papers revealed that the problem of reducing the effectiveness of personnel management during strategic change is caused by the low level of adaptability of employees, resistance to modifies and poor consistency of management methods with the program of change. Methods of theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis were used to conduct the study, which allowed to obtain the following results. The paper proposes an interpretation of the concept of "staff adaptability to strategic change". It defines the nature of the need to adapt staff to strategic changes in the enterprise through the combination of three characteristics: the level of instability of the environment, the type of management system and the type of changes in the enterprise. The article describes personnel adaptation management as a component of the general personnel management process. It determines the task of personnel adaptation management to strategic changes.

Важливим засобом становлення соціально орієнтованої ринкової економіки в Україні є співпраця державних органів, громадських організацій та представників бізнесу та створення умов для збалансування особистих, підприємницьких і суспільних інтересів.; EN: Entrepreneurship is undergoing permanent changes in accordance to the trends of social life, so the development of market relations depends on formation of a new ideology of entrepreneurial thinking. In the modern economy the concept of corporate social responsibility allows the business structures to interact more successfully with the state in solving social and economic problems of the national economy. Increasing of social component in the strategic activities of domestic business structures is expected to combine the business and society interests. At the same time the important aspect of the implementation of such activities in Ukraine is the achievement of social security, environmental protection, the realization of human capital. An important means of establishing a market economy in Ukraine is the cooperation of government agencies, public organization and business representatives to create the conditions for balancing personal, business and public interests. Based on world experience, it has been established that in modern realities one of the most important factors of economic development of enterprises and organizations is social responsibility of business, which not only improves the image of the enterprise, its business concept, but also ensures its economic growth and competitive advantage in the long run. The social orientation of the business will be most effective if the corporate social responsibility of the business becomes a fundamental basis in the strategy of enterprise management. Considering the optimistic scenario of the domestic economy, it is hoped that through the implementation of the strategy of increasing corporate social responsibility, Ukrainian business structures can find effective tools to increase the level of socialization of the domestic economy. Thus, in the current conditions of the domestic economy, a new paradigm of entrepreneurial thinking, aimed at increasing corporate social responsibility, should become a driving force of social innovation, which will increase the investment attractiveness of the country the international level. At the same time, a significant problem is the need to form state mechanisms to stimulate the systematic improvement of social responsibility of economic entities and state support of those business structures that develop and implement their own social responsibility strategies.

Розглянуто програму економічного відродження України після війни, яку називають новим “планом Маршалла” для нашої країни, запропоновано пріоритетні напрями відбудови економіки, враховуючи міжнародну підтримку.; EN: This article considers the economic consequences of Ukraine's hostilities. Various aspects of this issue are extremely relevant, because the war is lasting, causing significant damage to the economy and population every day. Ukrainian enterprises are forced to adapt to new realities. The article highlights the problem of relocation of domestic enterprises, popular directions of their relocation. Attention is paid to changes in the labor market due to internal movement within the country and refugees abroad and loss of human capital. The war led to unemployment of Ukrainians and savings by employers in paying salaries. In turn, European countries need additional labor and can offer Ukrainian refugees a higher standard of living. The amount of damage due to the destruction of infrastructure suffered by Ukraine as a result of the war is considered, our roads have suffered the most. Considerable attention is being paid to the main commodity groups of Ukrainian exports and imports, as well as the problems of foreign trade through hostilities. Thus, the most important exports in 2021 were base metals, articles of base metal and products of plant origin. The role of our country in world wheat exports is highlighted, as Ukraine is one of the five main exporters of wheat. In 2021, Ukrainian imports were dominated by mineral products, machinery, equipment, and electrical equipment. The program of economic revival of Ukraine after the war, which is called the new "Marshall Plan" for our country, is considered, the priority areas of economic reconstruction are proposed, taking into account international support. Rebuilding and renovation of Ukraine is not a matter of a month, after the end of the war specialists of various fields will be certainly needed. In addition, given the scale of landmines and the destruction of our country's infrastructure, the help and support of foreign friends and partners will be important. It will be no trifling matter to encourage our compatriots to return to their homeland, to be ready to receive a large number of tourists and to create appropriate conditions for this. After all, such active international support of Ukraine from all over the world testifies to the increased interest in our country.

Зроблено висновок, що одним із наслідків глобалізаційних процесів є перетворення та наближення системи бухгалтерського обліку до міжнародних стандартів, що ще раз підкреслило актуальність обраної теми дослідження. В статті розкрито поняття гармонізація та гармонізація бухгалтерського обліку. Авторами зроблено висновок, що міжнародна система обліку та фінансової звітності все більшою мірою розглядається як найважливіший елемент економічної гармонізації інтегрованих регіональних угруповань. Процеси регіональної інтеграції мають глибоке коріння, країни, що входять до регіональних групувань, близькі територіально, історично, мало мають мовних бар'єрів. Формування регіональних угруповань зміцнює торговельні зв'язки, сприяє прискоренню економічного зростання країнах-учасницях. Тому авторами зроблено спробу проаналізувати розвиток облікової системи у рамках регіоналізації економіки та встановити місце України у цьому розвитку. В рамках дослідження авторами виокремлено особливості гармонізації бухгалтерського обліку в сучасних умовах глобалізації.; EN: The study reveals the theoretical aspect of the concept of globalization. The main consequences of the globalization processes of the economy in Ukraine by reviewing the specialized literature and using the method of systematization of knowledge are proposed. It is concluded that one of the consequences of globalization processes is the transformation and approximation of the accounting system to international standards, which once again emphasized the relevance of the chosen research topic. The article reveals the concept of harmonization and harmonization of accounting. The authors conclude that the international system of accounting and financial reporting is increasingly seen as the most important element of economic harmonization of integrated regional groups. The processes of regional integration have deep roots, the countries that are members of regional groups are close territorially, historically, and have few language barriers. The formation of regional groups strengthens trade ties, accelerates economic growth in member countries. Therefore, the authors made an attempt to analyze the development of the accounting system in the framework of regionalization of the economy and to establish the place of Ukraine in this development. As part of the research, the authors emphasized the peculiarities of the harmonization of the accounting form in the modern minds of globalization. Improving national accounting systems on the basis of harmonization will bring together the dynamic characteristics of activities, pulling less economically developed countries to more developed ones. Many steps have been taken to meet the harmonization of the accounting system in the context of globalization, especially the implementation of the Strategy for Modernization of the Accounting System and Financial Reporting in the Public Sector until 2025. The current direction of economic globalization has a direct impact on national accounting systems, is the cause of their changes, because under the influence of new economic trends in the field of accounting standardization there are problems that require adequate and often urgent solutions.
