Preference is given to projects quantifiable engineering problems. Architectural quality is only 2,4 % of the overall performance of the whole building.&#xD;
The article investigates the architectural appearance of the «solar home». The main elements analysis of solar architecture which form an architectural appearance of a «solar home». We consider the mesh metal shell for insulated glass volume (greenhouse).&#xD;
The purposes of the study identify the architectural appearance of «solar home».&#xD;
Research objectives. Obschieh analyze requirements for the design that affect the creation of the architectural appearance of «solar home». Consider the basic four elements «solar» architecture that form the architectural appearance of «solar home». Show application of structural systems V. G. Shukhov for the formation of the architectural appearance of «solar home».&#xD;
In connection with the development of energy efficient technologies should be paid attention to improving the aesthetic qualities of the houses. Identify specifics appearance of the «solar» building. Need to consider the use of means of architectural expression in «solar home».&#xD;
The basic specific features of media centers in modern conditions, allowing to make recommendations and to identify promising directions for their architectural form.&#xD;
The features of the organization of media centers, analyzed the technological and typological features and space–planning features of media centers, as well as factors affecting their architectural solutions.&#xD;

В рамках этой модели разрабатывается вариант формирования современного эффективного высокотехнологичного медиа–пространства, отвечающего современным требованиям, предъявляемым к объектам данного назначения.; EN: Important indicator of the quality of life and safety of life of modern man is easy to obtain and use them information. Formation, development and use of the rapidly developing and significantly changing the modern information space makes the actual task of creating the best conditions for its solution in an urban environment. Drastic changes of sources and methods of access to diverse information resources require new organizational, functional, space-planning and design solutions in the existing building typology. One of the areas of practical implementation of the actual problem may be the design and construction of the library. Since this type of building does not yet have any wide application in domestic and foreign practice, it is necessary initially to analyze the functional structure, space-planning and architectural-shaped organization of media centers and their placement techniques in planning the structure of the largest city on the example of Dnepropetrovsk.&#xD;
The main issues related to the design of media centers, identified the main directions for the formation of functional and space-planning structure within the existing architectural and typological features.&#xD;
On the basis of analysis and systematization of materials foreign practice of designing and building media centers identified the main types of "media library", "educational or research center", "information complex media", which differ according to the type of user access to information - outdoor, specialty and limited accordingly.&#xD;

Для этой цели развит асимптотический метод осреднения высшего порядка. Найдены эффективные упругие коэффициенты и выполнен анализ полученных численных результатов.; EN: Problem statement. Nonlinear strain wave play an important role in the mechanics of composites. Generation of localized waves accompanied by a significant increase in their amplitude. This may lead to areas of plasticity and development of micro cracks. Thus, nonlinear dynamic effects are a significant factor affecting the strength and durability of structures.&#xD;
Nonlinear elastic moduli of solids, are very sensitive to changes in the microstructure. Recording characteristics of nonlinear waves can be tracked very subtle changes in the internal structure of the material, which cannot be detected using traditional research methods.&#xD;
Analyzing of the resent research. Analyzing of the resent research. Nonlinear elastic waves in solids studied by many authors usually focused on homogeneous materials and structures, in which the effect of the dispersion part of geometrical factors. The impact of the dispersion due to heterogeneity of the internal structure of the material has been studied less.&#xD;
Research objective. The aim of this work is devoted to finding the macroscopic wave equation describing the propagation of nonlinear elastic waves in fiber-reinforced composite materials in the case of non-ideal contact between the components. For this purpose– developed asymptotic method of averaging the highest order.&#xD;
Conclusions. In this paper a macroscopic wave equation describing the propagation of nonlinear strain waves in fiber composite in the case of non-ideal contact between the components was obtained. For this purpose, asymptotic method of higher order mode was developed. Antiplanar shear wave, propagating in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the fibers were observed. The effective elastic coefficients and the analysis of the numerical results obtained.</description>

Предложены основные пути решения проблемы занятости выпускников вузов.; EN: Statement of the problem. Self–realization in the profession of young professionals after graduation is a very important issue. Despite the high intellectual potential and mobility of university graduates they lack employment and life experience, providing with the first workplace in the labor market. The process of the growth level of the unemployed youth has negative economic and social consequences for the population of our country.&#xD;
Up today there are no any labor exchanges for youth or even departments for them in many cities of Ukraine.&#xD;
Youth, university graduates who are found for the first time themselves in the labor market are the most vulnerable of its category. Almost every other of registered with the state employment is a young person aged up to 35 years.&#xD;
Analysis of the literature. Issues of youth labor market, especially those with higher education are covered by such Ukrainian scientists as: S. M. Zlupko, A. A. Jaremenko, A. S. Lavruk ets.&#xD;
The purpose of the article — analysis of the causes of youth unemployment in the present–day Ukrainian labor market, identifying the impact of youth unemployment on the society, the study of the role of education in ensuring a high level of youth employment, the study of the trend work of employment centers associated with youth employment.&#xD;
The main objectives of the study: analysis of organizations activities, institutions that deal with youth employment in modern Ukraine; studying of the causes of the imbalance of the market for educational services and the youth labor market; identifying the key tendencies and problem of youth employment; defining the role of the Public Employment Service regarding youth employment; development of conceptual solutions to improve youth employment.&#xD;
Conclusions. In order to solve the problem of employment of young professionals it is necessary to make the following suggestions: establish centers of employment for young people or departments for youth employment in the state employment centers in all cities of Ukraine and ensure their financial support from the local authorities; it is necessary to adopt the law that would provide for the widespread use of flexible working hours for young people; introduce a clear system of required number of young professionals on the needs of different economy branches and consequently ensure graduates with first workplace; develop a mechanism of financial support to companies involved in the program of youth employment; take into consideration the need for specialists of industry in the region and forming of there should government order for the required specialties.</description>
