The structure of the enterprise’s competitive policy is analyzed, and its essence, key principles of formation, benchmarks, and directions of implementation are determined. The author analyzes measures that contribute to the implementation of competition policy. The expediency of using a system of indicators as a tool for assessing the level of competitiveness and for making managerial decisions is substantiated. The author proposes a systematized approach to grouping metrics in three directions: assessment of competitive position, competitive potential, and instruments for implementing competitive policy. It is demonstrated that the use of such a system of indicators enables a comprehensive diagnosis of the enterprise’s condition. The author paid special attention to the relationship between the results of competitiveness assessment and the process of forming competitive policy, and it is also shown that the integration of relevant metrics into the system of strategic management increases the soundness of managerial decisions. The possibilities of adapting the proposed indicators to industry-specific features and the conditions of the digital economy have been identified. The author considers the possibility of using the proposed system of indicators as a tool for improving the effectiveness of enterprises’ competitive policy. The research results can be used in the process of strategic management of enterprise development and in the formation of competitive policy. Rational use of time is one of the key resources that directly affects the quality of tourism services, the level of customer satisfaction, and the financial performance of enterprises. However, in many tourism enterprises, time management issues remain insufficiently systematized and not integrated into the overall management system. The methodological framework of the study is based on theoretical concepts and practical case studies, which make it possible to analyze the impact of time management on motivational processes, communication effectiveness, and resource provision in tourism organizations. Business in the tourism sector is characterized by seasonality of demand, a high level of communication with customers, and coordination of actions between various entities in the tourism market. The article identifies key differences in the functioning of tourism enterprises in peacetime and wartime, including increased uncertainty, limited planning horizon, transportation restrictions, and dependence on security factors. The article pays special attention to such tools as working time planning, task prioritization, delegation of authority, task performance control, and the use of digital technologies. The effectiveness of time use is determined not only by the application of planning techniques, but primarily by the subjective feeling of control over time. The article identifies the main problems of implementing time management in tourism management, including insufficient level of managerial competencies of personnel, resistance to organizational changes and inefficient use of information resources. An analytical assessment of the main indicators of exchange trading in derivative contracts on Asian organized commodity markets is carried out in order to determine their transformational changes and promising derivative exchange contracts in conditions of geopolitical instability and increased price volatility. The importance of using exchange-traded derivative contracts on Asian organized commodity markets in ensuring competitive pricing and forecasting world prices is indicated. Statistics from the Futures Industry Association indicate an 8.4-fold increase in the number of contracts concluded on Asian exchanges over the past five years. In addition, with the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, there has been an even greater shift in business activity from American and European organized markets to Asian platforms. Thus, compared to the previous year, the growth of exchange trading on Asian organized markets in 2022 was 66%, in 2023 - 104%, and in 2024 - 64%. The structure of exchange trading in derivative contracts on Asian organized commodity markets is analyzed by the available types of underlying assets and exchange-traded futures contracts. A comparative assessment of the growth rates of exchange trading in financial and commodity derivative contracts on Asian commodity and stock exchanges is carried out. The prospects for Asian exchange trading in derivative contracts on organized commodity markets are determined. The need to increase the productivity of the region’s main agricultural crops has made it necessary to consider the development potential of wheat production as one of the strategic directions of the agrarian sector. Research and monitoring of grain production indicators over the past five years have made it possible to identify key trends, structural changes, and ways to improve the productivity of the sector. The study of the impact of climate on soil fertility and wheat yields in previous years makes it possible to forecast further changes and assess potential risks associated with climate variability. Purpose of the study: to investigate the dynamics of changes in the level of wheat production and consumption in the Kirovohrad Region; to identify ways to increase yields and improve adaptation to climate change, as well as potential opportunities for cultivating this crop in the region. Special attention is paid to the assessment of production efficiency under changing natural and economic conditions. Research methods. In the course of the study, computational-analytical and experimental-statistical research methods were used, along with comparative analysis and data generalization methods. Time series analysis was applied to identify trends in wheat production indicators. The region’s position in the national volume of grain production was determined based on official statistical data, which ensured the reliability of the research results. A study was conducted of indicators such as sown areas by year, yield, and gross harvest. Per capita production indicators were determined, allowing an assessment of the region’s capacity to meet internal consumption needs. An analysis of material costs per unit of output was carried out to identify the main factors influencing production costs and economic efficiency. Originality / scientific novelty. The study focuses on optimizing grain cultivation technologies under conditions of elevated temperatures and increasing climate risks. The research substantiates the feasibility of adapting existing technological approaches to local agroclimatic conditions. Practical value. The research results show that the level of profitability of wheat cultivation on fertile soils in the Kirovohrad Region reaches almost 68.9%. The basis for obtaining high yields and increasing profitability is the intensification of production, the use of advanced technologies, drought-resistant varieties, crop rotation with leguminous crops, and moisture-conserving technologies. The implementation of the proposed measures contributes to improving production sustainability and reducing climate-related risks.
