Розглянуто сутність, загальні аспекти діяльності ТНК, виділено основні риси транснаціональних компаній (світова присутність, масштабність, інноваційність, гнучкість та адаптивність, вплив на світову політику та економіку), тип ринкової структури. Виділено основні особливості організації діяльності в умовах географічної розрізненості представництв та підрозділів ТНК. Наголошено на необхідності впровадження якісного корпоративного менеджменту с урахуванням існуючих особливостей діяльності ТНК, широти охоплення різних національних ринків. Описано сутність та основні риси корпоративного менеджменту, його мету та основні завдання. Виділено та охарактеризовано основні складові фактори корпоративного менеджменту ТНК (метод управління ТНК, організаційна структура (ієрархія управління), система відносин, дотримання принципу інформаційної прозорості бізнесу, модель корпоративного управління, особливі складові корпоративного менеджменту ТНК), описано їх особливості. Позначено основні ієрархічні рівні структури управління ТНК – вище керівництво (топ-менеджмент), регіональне керівництво, функціональне керівництво та місцеве керівництво, виділено їх особливості. The essence and general aspects of the activities of TNCs are considered, the main features of transnational companies are highlighted (global presence, scale, innovation, flexibility and adaptability, influence on world politics and economics), type of market structure. The main features of organizing activities in conditions of geographical dispersion of representative offices and divisions of TNCs are highlighted. The main hierarchical levels of the management structure of TNCs are indicated - senior management (top management), regional management, functional management and local management, and their features are highlighted. The main aspects of information transparency of TNCs are presented and characterized, including such important sections as: transparency of financial reporting, transparency of corporate governance, transparency of strategic information, transparency of data on products and services, transparency in terms of social responsibility of business. The channels of information communication of TNCs with the main stakeholders are noted. Models of corporate management used in the activities of TNCs in Ukraine (centralized and decentralized, matrix and combined models) are identified and described. The need to comply with an important feature of corporate management of TNCs - cross-culturalism - is noted. Conclusions are drawn about the quality of corporate management of TNCs in Ukraine. The relevance of this research lies in its focus on understanding the causes and mechanisms of bank insolvency, as well as identifying possible ways to prevent this phenomenon and maintain financial stability in the banking sector. Given the dynamics of the economic environment, changes in legislation, and technological innovations, understanding risks and mechanisms of their management becomes extremely important for ensuring the stability of the banking system and protecting the interests of financial market participants. Such research can serve as a basis for developing risk management strategies in the banking sector and contribute to strengthening trust in banks and the financial system as a whole. The study employed the following research methods: specification – the research refined the terminology and definitions of bank insolvency to understand which criteria determine this status; systematization – various aspects of bank insolvency were structured, such as causes and indicators; literature review with analysis of the material found; theoretical modeling – development of theoretical models of causes and consequences of bank insolvency; classification. The obtained results of the research provide a comprehensive understanding of the causes of bank insolvency, determine the parameters of this phenomenon, and consider possible ways of regulation and risk management. Наведено перелік основних напрямів здійснення регулювального впливу держави на процеси зміни енергетичного балансу в бік розширення частки біоенергетики як драйвера розбудови децентралізованої генерації.; EN: The purpose of the article is to study the current state of the fuel and energy system, its vulnerability to wartime risks, and analysis of the potential of bioenergy in solving the problem of strengthening the national security of Ukraine by recognizing the critical importance of energy security. The relationship between the definitions of "national security" and "energy security" as components of a part and a whole is revealed. The hypothesis about the critical importance of energy security in the national security system is formulated, considering the importance of the energy sphere for all elements of both economic and social segments without exception. The characteristics of the fuel and energy complex were studied as part of a retrospective analysis. The system of factors that increase the parameters of the vulnerability of the national energy system has been decomposed. The structure of electricity generation in Ukraine, which corresponds to the signs of a high level of centralization, is analyzed. Attention is focused on the need to diversify sources of energy in order to strengthen positions in energy security and, therefore, in national energy security. Special attention is paid to bioenergy development as part of implementing the strategic task of building a combined energy supply system. The influence of the latter on national security was studied through the disclosure of factors of direct influence (diversification of the resource base, substitution of imported energy carriers, strengthening of stability in the conditions of wartime challenges due to the production of stable and predictable electricity; the ability to balance the energy system), as well as highlighting positive external effects (reduction of anthropogenic impact on the environment, diversification of agricultural production, increasing the level of socio-economic development of rural areas, development of innovations, creation of new jobs). A list of the main directions of the regulatory influence of the state on the processes of changing the energy balance in the direction of expanding the share of bioenergy as a driver of the development of decentralized generation based on the combination of socio-ecological and economic imperatives of the development of the national economy, which corresponds to the concepts of sustainable development and national security requirements, is given.
