Визначені складові регіональної екологічної політики України та їхній зв’язок з цілями сталого розвитку. Доведено, що основними постулатами політики реалізації принципів сталого розвитку є імплементація екологічного імперативу у систему економічних відносин у політиці, плануванні і управлінні, створення ефективної правової і нормативної структури, забезпечення ефективного використання економічних механізмів і ринкових та інших стимулів, створення систем комплексного врахування екологічних і економічних чинників. З’ясовано, що одним з основних чинників даної імплементації є екологічні інвестиції в житлове будівництво. Автори наголошують про необхідність сприйняття екологічних інвестицій в капітальне будівництво, в тому числі житлове, як таких, що одночасно створюють умови для відтворення соціально-екологічної та виробничої систем на регіональному рівні. З’ясовано, що в науковій думці ці ресурси називають реальними екологічними інвестиціями. Виявлено особливості включення реальних екологічних інвестицій до програм еколого-економічної політики регіонального відтворення та житлової забезпеченості на екологічних засадах.; EN: The components of the concept of the national ecological policy of Ukraine have been analyzed in the article; its main goals and principles have been outlined. The constituents of the regional ecologic policy of Ukraine and their connection with the goals of sustainable development have been determined. It has been proved that the main postulates of the policy of implementation of the principles of sustainable development are implementation of the ecological imperative in the system of economic relations in politics, planning and management, creation of effective legal and regulatory structure, ensuring the effective use of economic mechanisms and market and other incentives, creation of systems of integrated account of environmental and economic factors. It has been revealed that one of the main factors of this implementation is green investments in residential building. The authors have emphasized the need for green investments in capital construction as well as in residential construction to be perceived as such that simultaneously create conditions for the reproduction of socio-ecological and production systems at regional level. It has been revealed that in scientific thought these resources are called real environmental investments. The peculiarities of the inclusion of real environmental investments in the programs of ecology-economic policy of regional reproduction as well as green dwelling stock formation have been revealed. In addition, the studying of the processes of activation of regional markets of educational services is extremely relevant in the context of the implementation of The Ukraine – European Union Association Agreement. In this regard, the development of a strategy for the development of markets of educational services at the regional and interregional scale has a scientific and practical significance. The purpose of the article is to determine the scientific and practical rationale for the development and implementation of strategic directions for the activation of the development of regional markets of educational services in Ukraine in conditions of deepening of the European integration processes. On the basis of the European Union countries experience, strategic directions of activation of regional markets of educational services in Ukraine are important in the context of entering the European educational space and they have been defined in the article. The private investments in the process of investing the higher education have been considered. Автором удосконалено методичний підхід до визначення тривалості будівництва з мінімальною вартістю, який, на відміну від існуючих, ґрунтується на основі оптимізації вартості будівництва об’єктів як мінімізації витрат за певних обмежень, що детермінують визначення варіантів тривалості виконання робіт шляхом поєднання принципу послідовного наближення, починаючи з мінімального коефіцієнта вартості робіт, що підлягають скороченню, та принципу критичності, що дозволяє побудувати розклад робіт з мінімальними витратами.; EN: In the article the methodical approach to development of operational-calendar plans of construction is examined based on integrated consideration of the basic parameters of construction in the conditions of restrictions taking into account their influence on resource, economic and financial realization of the projects at the different stages of their construction, which allows to ensure achievement of the planned cost of the construction company. The author has also improved the methodical approach to determining of the duration of construction with a minimum cost, which, in contrast to the existing ones, is based on the optimization of the construction cost as a costs minimization under the certain constraints that determine the options for the work duration by combining the principle of consistent approximation, starting with the minimum coefficient of work cost to be reduced, and the principle of criticality, which allows to develop work schedule with minimal expenses. Методологічною базою дослідження служили надбання теорії організації в частині визначення сутності системи управління підприємством, класифікації типів організаційних структур підприємства та їх аналізу з погляду орієнтації на розвиток підприємства. В ході дослідження було обґрунтовано, що організаційні структури, які відносіться до ієрархічного типу (лінійно-функціональні, дивізійні) дозволяють підприємству успішно виконувати поточні завдання, без спроможності пристосовуватись до динамічного зовнішнього середовища; водночас, такі сучасні типи організаційних структур управління як мережева, едхократична, віртуальна, за своїм змістом орієнтовані на розвиток підприємства. Такі висновки дають імпульс подальшим дослідженням щодо вдосконалення системи управління промисловим підприємствам з урахуванням особливостей його діяльності та стратегічних цілей. Отримані результати можуть бути корисними для вищої управлінської ланки промислових підприємств у формуванні або вдосконаленні поточної системи управління з метою забезпечення стійких конкурентних позицій та розвитку підприємства.; EN: Conducted research was aimed at substantiating author's view on the types of organizational structures of the enterprise, which in their content are capable to support and ensure development of the enterprise. Methodologically research is based on achievements of the theory of organization in terms of determining the essence of the enterprise management system, classification of types of organizational structures of the enterprise and their analysis in terms of orientation to the development of the enterprise. During the research it was substantiated that organizational structures related to the hierarchical type (linear-functional, divisional) allow the enterprise to successfully execute current tasks without the ability to adapt to a dynamic external environment; at the same time, such modern types of management organizational structures as networkbased, adhocratic, virtual models, in their content are focused on the development of the enterprise. Such conclusions provide momentum to further researches on the improvement of the management system for industrial enterprises, which would take into account specifics of their activities and strategic goals. Obtained results can be useful for the higher management of industrial enterprises in forming or improving current management system in order to ensure stable competitive position and development of the enterprise.
