Виокремлено підходи до оцінювання якості освіти, визначено основні детермінанти забезпечення якості.; EN: The article considers contemporary aspects of the evaluation of the quality of education. The necessity of solving problems accumulated in education has been substantiated. It has been emphasized that the problem of quality of education at the present stage of development of the country is defined as one of the main in society. It has been determined that globalization and integration processes have highlighted the need to ensure a high level of quality of higher education. The main approaches to the evaluation of the quality of education in the world practice have been researched: reputational, effective and general. The world practice of formation the system for assessing the quality of higher education has been considered. The differences in the formation of Ukrainian and European education quality assurance systems are determined. It is stressed that in order to successfully monitor the quality of education, it is necessary to take into account the challenges that arise in the educational space. The national experience in determining the main factors that ensure the quality of education has been generalized. Influence of various factors on the choice of the strategy of further management of uranium wastes at the JSC "PCP" is evaluated. Proceeding from the requirement of long-term preservation of compliance of the state of radioactive waste storage facilities with current regulatory acts and minimization of the costs of their servicing, a strategy of further management of uranium wastes at the JSC "PCP" has been developed. The strategy is to implement a complex of remediation measures in contaminated areas that allow withdrawing them from maintenance and regulatory control and returning these territories to free, unlimited or at least useful usage by local communities or new owners. The proposed organizational and economic mechanism for implementation of the strategy for further handling of uranium waste storage facilities at the JSC "PCP" includes preparatory, sampling, design, technological and monitoring stages. Згідно з результатами аналізу існуючих методів управління якістю як окремої категорії в рамках всієї діяльності промислового підприємства та його компонентів, визначається, що контроль якості відбувається як у процесі його створення, так і в результаті дій всіх компонентів підприємства. Доведено, що якість розвитку на основі контролю досягається завдяки послідовному наближенню характеристик промислового підприємства до заданих параметрів якості з одночасним зменшенням частоти та амплітуди їх коливань в рамках цільових значень з повним та ефективним використання всіх наявних ресурсів організації та сучасний рівень інноваційності. Визначено, що якість розвитку пов'язана з її конкурентоспроможністю.; EN: It has been proved in the article that the level of quality is determined by the action of random, external, internal factors, which are regulated by the control system implemented in their monitoring, identification and elimination. According to the results of the analysis of existing methods of quality management as a separate category within the framework of all activities of the industrial enterprise and its components, it is determined that quality control takes place both in the process of its creation and as a result of the actions of all components of the enterprise. It has been proved that the quality of development on the basis of control is achieved due to the consistent approximation of the characteristics of the industrial enterprise to the given parameters of quality with simultaneous decrease of the frequency and amplitude of their fluctuations within the target values with full and effective use of all available resources of the organization and the current level of innovations development. It has been also proved that the quality control of the development of an industrial enterprise is expressed in the aggregate of measures of constant influence on each component of the organization: management, production, raw materials, technology as a means of controlling the established quality parameters in accordance with the requirements of the environment, taking into account possible limitations on the achievement of these parameters. The scientific and methodical approach to developing the instrumental support for corporate control implementation by the different groups of corporate relations participants has been substantiated. The composition of main characteristics and requirements for using the various instruments of corporate control implementation has been established. These requirements determine the effectiveness of corporate control instrument using by corporate relations participants. The features of corporate control instruments usage has been reviewed in terms of such types of control as insider, outsider and mixed. The necessity of corporate control instruments developing through orientation on the institutionalization corporate cooperation forms and considering the conditions of national economy market transformation has been proven. The original approach to determining the motivational complexes of groups of corporate relations participants is proposed. This approach has taken into account the nature of corporate control claims. Such a proposal will prevent the aggravation of socio-economic contradictions and corporate conflicts which may be an obstacle to the sustainable development of a jointstock company.
