Визначено, що ігрова індустрія пов’язана з розробленням новітніх технологій, а саме центральних процесорів та інших компонентів цифрових при-ладів, що, своєю чергою слугує потужним розвитком економіки. Розглянуто ланцюжок цінностей ігрової індустрії як шість пов’язаних між собою рівнів. Зазначено, що найбільшими споживачами відеоігор є такі країни, як США, Китай, Японія, де прибутки від ринку відеоігор суттєво впливають на стан економіки. Проведено аналіз низки проблем, з якими стикається ігрова індустрія в Україні: видавництво ігор, нерозвиненість внутрішнього ігрового ІТ-ринку, від-тік висококваліфікованих кадрів за кордон, піратство, відсутність цільового законодавства, що було б пов’язане з видавництвом. Приведено перспективи розвитку індустрії.; EN: This article examines the gaming industry as one of the important niches that occupies one of the most important places in the world economy. The world's game publishers outperform some established corporations in economic potential, and even compete with business giants. It is noted that the gaming sector of the economy is associated with the production, promotion and sale of computer games and consists of a large number of specialties that employ people around the world. It is determined that the gaming industry is associated with the development of new technologies, namely the development of CPUs and other components of digital devices, which in turn serves as a powerful development of the economy. The article analyzes the clas-sification of games by access conditions and gives examples. The main players in the gaming industry market in Ukraine and the world in terms of gross turnover for 2019 have been identified. The value chain of the gaming industry is considered as six interrelated levels. The largest consumers of video games are countries such as the United States, China, Japan, where profits from the video game market significantly affect the state of the economy. An analysis of a number of problems faced by the gam-ing industry in Ukraine: game publishing, underdeveloped domestic gaming IT market, the outflow of highly qualified personnel abroad, piracy, there is no targeted legislation that would be related to publishing. The state does not regulate the publishing process and the localization of foreign innovations, although the gaming industry is a profitable business. The category of mobile games is quite developed in Ukraine. This is a very promising niche of the gaming market, which does not require high quality staff and modern technological base. The annual increase in the development potential of IT companies in Ukraine, the low level of competition in the domestic market and the significant number of graduates of the programming specialty provide opportunities for the growth of the video game market. It should also be noted about the promotion of e-sports, because every year it catches the eye of more and more new people who are potential consumers. So today e-sports is a huge media market, for many marketing companies it is a great chance to promote their products. Докладно розглянуто перспективи застосування DSGE-моделей для формування стратегії розвитку країни.; EN: The purpose of the study is to find Ukraine's way out of the socio-economic crisis and to form a development strategy based on economic and mathematical modeling using macroeconomic DSGE models (Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium). The contradictions facing public administration have intensified against the background of quarantine measures against the COVID-19 pandemic. The economic and political contradictions of the macrosystem of Ukraine are revealed.The state must minimize the negative economic implications of restrictions on social and economic activity. The emphasis on the peculiarities of the economic, political and social situation in Ukraine is made. It is shown that conducting generally accepted measures to improve the situation and forming a strategic direction of development faces opposition. The solution to the problem is appro-priate to obtain on the basis of economic and mathematical modeling and solving a dynamic stochastic multicriteria problem of conditional optimization with many variables. It is proposed to apply tools for macroeconomic dynamic stochastic models of general equilibrium (DSGE). The language of mathematics this means that before the countries there is a dynamic multicriteria problem of conditional optimization with many variables. The prospects for using DSGE models to form a country's develop-ment strategy are considered in detail. The theoretical foundations of these models are the integration of neo-Keynesian and neoclassical approaches. It is shown that DSGE models allow you to combine macroeconomic policy of the state with the op-posite interests of diverse groups of economic agents. The advantages and disadvantages of the benefits of dynamic stochastic models of general equilibrium are shown. DSGE models can be used for retrospective analysis, forecasting the future and find-ing out factors of such events, EX ANTE scenario analysis. It is possible to apply them to simulate stochastic price, technologi-cal, monetary, etc. "shocks". The country will be able to solve the decision-making problem in conditions of uncertainty and choose its optimal development and crisis strategy. Project management includes creating a work schedule, appointing a project manager, selecting a project team, project implementation and monitoring. The purpose of this article is to financially substantiate the essence and impor-tance of project management in the activities of Ukrainian organizations and provide recommendations for optimizing the devel-op-ment of the project management process, in particular startups in the context of digitalization and financial development 4.0. An important role today is played by startup projects, which require in-depth study and development of measures to overcome obstacles to their implementation, as discussed in the article. The list of perspective directions (branches) of economy on creation of startups in Ukraine from the point of view of authors of article is also offered. The main features of project management –is the focus on results, regular interaction with stakeholders, the ability to assess project implementation. Modern approaches to project management are flexible, focused on getting quick results, and resilience to change, but they do not include a group of project marketing management processes. Although world experience shows that end-user loyalty to the brand and to the company's products increases, if the user feels the value of his opinion, realizes that he is involved in the process of developing new products and services, and also create a product that is interesting specifically for him. It is to solve such problems that it is important to include and use the group of marketing management processes not only at the stage of initiation and planning of the project, but also to use the services of marketing specialists at the stage of project development. Based on this, we can conclude that one of the main conditions for successful project management is professionally competent planning. The article emphasizes the lack of professional staff in the field of development and implementation of projects as an independent part of financial engineering. Despite positive developments in the economic sphere of many national economies, social problems affecting the standard of living and quality of life, as well as the equal distribution of income among the population, are increasingly arising. The main purpose of the study was to analyze the theoretical approaches to the understanding of social development, to investigate the state of social development in Ukraine and to propose priority directions of state social policy that will contribute to social progress. A key indicator that helps to ad-equately assess the level of a country's social development is the Social Development Index. The index helps governments decide on the main directions of social policy, public investment priorities, and other measures that will contribute to social progress. Over the past ten years, Ukraine has significantly improved its performance in terms of economic inclusion (discrimination against minorities, opportunities to influence political decisions based on gender, social group, and socioeconomic status) and in the category of access to information and communications (access to online services, Internet, media censorship, and availability of cell phones among the population). Ukraine received the worst results in the study of personal safety and health indicators. Such low scores are negatively influenced by the conflict in eastern Ukraine and the COVID-19 pandemic. However, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Ukraine has improved its performance in the international ranking, but there are still many problematic areas that should be addressed and the direction of state influence on them should be improved. According to the results of the analysis of the social development index, priority areas of state social policy were identified, among them: combat-ing child poverty, ending the conflict in eastern Ukraine, improving access to quality medical services and effectively combating the pandemic, effective environmental policies to combat pollution, combating corruption, inclusive growth and development policies should be the key focus of modern economic development.
