Академіки Олександр Петрович Чекмарьов та Кирило Федорович Стародубов – видатні інтелектуали технічної думки Придніпров’я

Abstract

UK: Постановка проблеми. Українські академіки О. П. Чекмарьов та К. Ф. Стародубов відомі не лише на Придніпров’ї, а й в усій Україні, Європі та світі. Досягнення їхнього інтелектуального генію актуальні й донині. Мета статті – на прикладі аналізу фондів патентно-технічного відділу обласної бібліотеки продемонструвати важливість творчої спадщини вчених у нашому сьогоденні. Висновок. Інтелектуали технічної думки, академіки О. П. Чекмарьов і К. Ф. Стародубов залишили по собі неабиякий спадок наступним поколінням вітчизняних вчених. Зокрема, в фондах патентно-технічного відділу Дніпропетровської обласної бібліотеки у вільному доступі є понад 100 охоронних документів, які свідчать про глибину технічного генію вчених у форматі авторських свідоцтв та патентів. Щоправда, для широкого загалу відкрито лише фонди починаючи від 1967 року. І навіть у такому дещо обмеженому вигляді спадщина вчених вражає своїм масштабом. Наведений у статті матеріал перш за все буде корисним тим, хто цікавиться історією становлення вітчизняної металургійної науки.

EN: Abstract. Problem statement. Ukrainian academicians O.P. Chekmaryov and K.F. Starodubov is known not only in the Dnipro region, but also in Ukraine, Europe and the world. The achievements of their intellectual genius are relevant to this day. The purpose of the article. Is to demonstrate the importance of the creative heritage of scientists in our time using the example of the analysis of the patent funds and technical department of the regional library. Conclusions. Intellectuals of technical thought, academicians O.P. Chekmaryov and K.F. Starodubov left quite a legacy to the next generation of national scientists. In particular, in the patent funds and technical department of the Dnipropetrovs’k Regional Library, more than 100 security documents are freely available, which testify to the depth of the technical genius of scientists in the form of copyright certificates and patents. However, only funds since 1967 have been open to the general public. And even in this somewhat limited form, the legacy of scientists is impressive in its scale. The material presented in this article will primarily be useful for those interested in the history of the development of the national metallurgical science.
