Abstract

RU: Проведен анализ методов оценки качества строительства на различных стадиях его реализации, начиная с эскизной проработки архитектурного объекта.

EN: The problem of forming techniques and evaluate the quality of the project is associated with a combination of qualitative and quantitative indicators, as well as the need for verification analysis at each stage of construction, beginning with the study of the sketch of an architectural object.

Analysis of recent achievements. To date, there are a number of criteria by which the project can be assessed and; for example, attractiveness, efficiency, geometric characteristics, architectural and technical level.

The purpose of research–development methodology for assessing multi–level architectural design at various stages of construction

Task — to establish factors influencing the assessment of design decisions influence the method used to assess quality.

Conclusions. Evaluation of the project consists of standardized solutions and nonnormable qualities. Modern state of the process design poses the problem of formalizing assessment procedures using logical–mathematical methods of analysis and evaluation.
