Оценка качества архитектурных проектов

Abstract

RU: Рассмотрены методы решения проблемы оценки архитектурных проектов в первые фазы осуществления, являющиеся основополагающей базой создания «высококачественной продукции».

EN: The process of designing the construction site should be closely linked to the assessment and analysis of the results. This will allow to achieve the goal. Such an assessment is made on a range of indicators, both quantitative and qualitative, as well as the various stages of the process.

Analysis of recent achievements. To date, a number of approaches and concepts in the problem of estimating the quality of design solutions. Multiple authors offer their vision of the issue, but most of them claim that the method of evaluation should be selected based on the answer to the question that should be evaluated.

The purpose of research–development methodology for assessing multi–level architectural design at various stages of construction. Task — to establish factors influencing the assessment of design decisions influence the method used to assess quality.

Conclusions. Evaluation of the project consists of standardized solutions and nonnormable qualities. Modern state of the process design poses the problem of formalizing assessment procedures using logical–mathematical methods of analysis and evaluation.
