Abstract: | RU: С использованием модельных представлений выполнен расчет стоимости 1 м2 жилых зданий различной этажности, при принятой планировке типового этажа, с учетом воздействия прогрессирующего обрушения. EN: The dwelling is one of the main indicators of social and economical state of society. In Ukraine for a long period of time one of the vital problems of building has been the construction of available dwellings for the population, who has not bight level of income. On the primary market considering the present prices for dwelling, the family of two working persons can buy the dwelling for 20 years if they spend their total in came only for the purchase of the flat, having the same conditions, but with minimum salary they can buy the dwelling for 50 years. In general, all activity of building companies is aimed to the buildings of malls, office–centers and commercial dwelling. So the design and funding of programmers for available and dwelling fall on the stable. During the last years same programmers of building of available dwelling were designed and introduced, they foresees the state financial support. The available dwelling is cheap dwelling, after the finishing construction if can be bought by the family with low income for their own money. The municipal authorities are responsible for the cost lowering of dwelling, mainly at expense of getting the land site for building, maintained of roads and engineering communications. In the resolution KMU № 343 of 25.04.2012 there was an order of cost lowering of credits and giving partial compensation of credit interest for purchase of dwelling. |
