Стратегічні підходи до інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку національної економіки

Abstract

UK: Завданням статті є формалізація стратегічних підходів до розвитку національної економіки на основі кількісної і якісної оцінки процесів в інноваційноінвестиційній сфері. Методологія та наукові підходи ґрунтуються на теорії структурного розвитку національного господарства на основі економіки знань. Висновки дослідницької наукової роботи представлені визначенням вад і переваг інноваційно-інвестиційних процесів в Україні на основі оцінки кількісних і якісних індикаторів, які мають бути враховані при встановленні стратегічних орієнтирів розвитку національної економіки. Перспективи подальших наукових розробок пов’язані з обґрунтуванням інвестиційних стратегій розвитку в окремих секторах національної економіки. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає у визначенні принципів поєднання інноваційної та інвестиційної діяльності, що в результаті забезпечить їх ефективний синтез. Соціальні наслідки дослідження орієнтовані на перетворення типу українського суспільства з індустріального у постіндустріальне. Оригінальність дослідження полягає у визначенні точок зростання національної економіки за видами економічної діяльності.

EN: The process of formalization the strategic approaches to the development of the national economy based on quantitative and qualitative assessment processes in innovative and investment area, is the main objective of the article. The methodology and scientific approaches which have been used by the author are based on the theory of structural development of the national economy based and on the theory of knowledge economy. The author believes that the results of findings the losses and benefits of innovation and investment processes in Ukraine based on an assessment of quantitative and qualitative indicators must be taken into account in determining the strategic guidelines of the national economy. The prospects of further scientific researchers are related to the justification of investment strategies in specific sectors of the national economy. The practical significance of the results of this investigation is determining the principles of combining innovation and investment performance which could provide their efficient synthesis. The social impact of research is focused on the type of transformation of Ukrainian society from industrial to post-industrial. The originality of the research is the determining the points of growth of the national economy by the types of economic activity.
