Сутність депозитного ринку та особливості його функціонування

Abstract

UK: У статті проведено дослідження теоретичних засад функціонування депозитного ринку. Метою статті є ідентифікація сутності депозитного ринку та визначення особливостей його функціонування в Україні. У відповідності до мети дослідження було визначено сутність дефініції ,,депозитний ринок” через поєднання двох економічних категорій: ,,депозит” та ,,ринок”. Запропоновано депозитний ринок розглядати у межах ресурсного підходу як простір, у межах якого встановлюються відносини між депозитними установами, які мають право залучати фінансові ресурси інших економічних установ у власне управління, та власниками таких коштів, які тимчасово бажають їх розмістити з метою отримання додаткового доходу та збереження їх у майбутньому. У роботі було використано такі методи наукового дослідження, як синтез, аналіз, порівняння, метод групування, системний підхід. В статті також наводиться візуальна модель депозитного ринку, де визначено суб’єкти ринку, які виокремлено у дві групи: клієнти (домогосподарства, суб’єкти господарської діяльності, держава та інші депозитні установи) та депозитні установи (банківські установи, кредитні спілки, ломбарди), а також описано взаємовідносини між ними. Виявлено основні особливості функціонування депозитного ринку в Україні.

EN: Investigation of the theoretical principles of the deposit market functioning was conducted in the article. The aim of the article is identifying the deposit market essence and specifying the peculiarities of its functioning in Ukraine. In accordance with the purpose of investigation the definition essence, the deposit market’’ was specified by means of combining two economic categories:, the deposit’’ and ,the market’’. It was suggested to consider the deposit market within the resource approach as space within which the relations between the deposit institutions that have right to attract the financial resources of other economic entities in own management and the owners of such funds that have the desire to temporary deposit them with the purpose to get the additional income and there value preserve in future, were established. Such the scientific researches as synthesis, analysis, comparing, grouping method, system approach were used in the article. As well the visual model of the deposit market is provided in the article in which the market entities are defined. Those entities are separated into two groups in the article: the clients (households, economic entities, state and other deposit institutions) and the deposit institutions (the bank institutions, the credit unions, the pawnshops) as well as the relations between them were described. The main peculiarities of the deposit market functioning in Ukraine were found out.
