Вплив фінансово-інвестиційного потенціалу на забезпечення стратегічної гнучкості підприємства

Abstract

UK: Мета статі полягає в досліджені та систематизації науково-теоретичних підходів до сутності дефініцій «фінансово-інвестиційний потенціал» і «стратегічна гнучкість підприємства» та визначення інтерференцій між ними. Проведено аналіз наукових досліджень проблем формування та застосування фінансового інвестиційного потенціалу та вивчення факторів, що впливають на стратегічну гнучкість підприємства в цілому і фінансову гнучкість, зокрема. В результаті проведеного аналізу були розглянуті еволюції концепцій у визначенні дефініцій «фінансово-інвестиційний потенціал» і «стратегічна гнучкість підприємства», показані складові стратегічної гнучкості і фінансово-інвестиційного потенціалу; досліджено вплив фінансово-інвестиційного потенціалу на забезпечення стратегічної гнучкості підприємства, а також визначені фактори, що впливають на ці категорії. Перспективами подальших досліджень в цьому напрямі є опрацювання методичних підходів до комплексної оцінки фінансовоінвестиційного потенціалу та стратегічної гнучкості підприємства і розрахунку інтегрального показника, що визначає залежність між ними.

EN: The study and systematization of scientific and theoretical approaches to the essence of the definitions of «financial and investment potential» and «strategic flexibility of enterprise» as well as determination the interference between them, form the main objective of the article. The modern researches of the problems of formation and use of financial and investment potential have been analyzed. The researches about study the factors affecting the strategic flexibility of the enterprise as a whole and financial flexibility in particular, have been also investigated. The evolution of concepts in determining the definitions of «financial and investment potential» and «strategic flexibility of enterprise» has been described which show the components of strategic flexibility and financial-investment potential. The influence of financial and investment potential to providing the strategic flexibility of the company and the factors affecting these categories have been proved. The prospects for further research in this scenario could be: elaborating the methodological approaches to study the complex evaluation of financial and investment potential and strategic flexibility of enterprise; calculating the integral index that defines the relationship between previous ones.
