Аналіз розвитку ринку будівельних послуг в Європейському Союзі

Abstract

UK: У статті проаналізовано особливості розвитку ринку будівельних послуг у Європейському Союзі. Визначено, що на даний час основними експортерами будівельних послуг в Європейському Союзі є найрозвинутіші його країни-члени. Проведено аналіз світового експорту та імпорту будівельних послуг та визначено місце розвинених країн на ньому з початку ХХІ століття. Розглянуто коливання індексу виробництва та його вартості будівельних послуг серед 28 країн європейського Союзу за 2009-2013 рр. Також досліджено діяльність європейських ТНК, які займаються виробництвом будівельних послуг. Отримано висновок, що основними експортерами у ЄС є розвинуті країни, а саме: Скандинавії, Франція, Німеччини, Іспанія, Великобританія і Люксембург, а також виявлено що основна частина будівельних послуг експортується в країни, що розвиваються. Доведено, що динаміка розвитку ринку будівельних послуг в ЄС залишається позитивною, незважаючи на різки посткризові стрибки кон’юнктури.

EN: The features of the building services’ market development in the European Union have been analyzed in the article. The tendency of world building services exports and imports on the beginning of the XXI century has been analyzed and the role of developed countries, EU-members included, in this process has been investigated. It was determined that the main exporters of building services in the EU is the most developed members. The changes in indexes of building services quantity of production and of the building services value of production for 28 members of the European Union have been analyzed to the period since 2009 till 2013. The activities of European transnational corporations that produce building services have also been investigated. It was proved that the main exporters to the EU are the most developed countries: Denmark, Swiss, France, Germany, Spain, the UK and Luxembourg and that the countries with developing economy get the most of EU building services’ import. The authors have discovered that the dynamic of building services’ market development in the European Union remains positive despite the abrupt fluctuations of market conjuncture.
