Принципи формування інформаційних BIM-пакетів «Програмного комплексу моделювання міста як динамічної системи»

Abstract

UK: Описано принципи формування інформаційних пакетів «Інформаційно-накопичувальної матриці моделювання міста як динамічної системи», яка являє собоюодин із програмних модулів «Програмного комплексу моделювання міста як динамічної системи». Робоча назва інформаційних пакетів –«Динамічний BIM-пакет». BIM-пакет є основою для формування великого масиву даних Інформаційно-накопичувальної матриці. Кожен із цих інформаційних пакетів описує окремий об'єкт із типологічного спектраархітектурних споруд як середовище, з яким пов’язані практично всі процеси функціонування міста. Вибір назви пакета пов'язаний з подвійним підходом до його формування: поєднанням опису матеріальної складової архітектурного об'єкта і динаміки його життєвого циклу як сукупності життєвих циклів його складових елементів. Цей підхід дає можливість розробити інноваційний архітектурно-урбаністичний інструментарій для аналізу проблем міста як динамічної системи. Уформуванні принципів функціонування «Інформаційно-накопичувальної матриці моделювання міста як динамічної системи» динаміка функціонування міста розглядається як сукупність динаміки типологічного спектра архітектурних споруд і динаміки явищ, що виходять за межі архітектури (розглянуто в інших дослідженнях авторів). Програмний комплекс має високий потенціал як інструмент аналізу та прогнозування принципів функціонування міста та орієнтований на інформаційні сервіси для процесів прийняття стратегічних рішень.

EN: The article describes the principles of forming information packages of the “Information-cumulative matrixof modeling the city as a dynamic system”, which is one of the software modules of the “Software complex of modeling the city as a dynamic system”. The working name of the information packages is “Dynamic BIM package”. The BIM package is the basis for theformation of a large data set of the Information and Accumulation Matrix. Each information package describes a separate object from the typological spectrum of architectural structures as an environment with which almost all processes of the city's functioning are connected. The choice of the name of the package is connected with a double approach to its formation: a combination of the description of the material component of the architectural object and the dynamics of its life cycle, as a set of life cycles of its constituent elements. The developed approach makes it possible to develop an innovative architectural and urban toolkit for analyzing the problems of the city as a dynamic system. When forming the principles of the functioning of the “Information-cumulative matrix of modeling the city as a dynamic system”, the dynamics of the functioning of the city is considered as a combination of the dynamics of the typological spectrum of architectural structures and the dynamics of phenomena that go beyond the boundaries of architecture (considered in other studies by the authors). The software complex has high potential as a tool for analyzing and forecasting the principles of the city's functioning and is focused on information services for strategic decision-making processes.
