Еволюція розвитку проектного менеджменту як одна з технологій управління персоналом

Abstract

UK: Конкурентне середовище в якому перебувають вітчизняні підприємства постійно змінюється під дією різноманітних факторів як внутрішніх так і зовнішніх. У зв’язку з цим для збереження ринкових позицій керівникам підприємств необхідно не тільки розробляти та впроваджувати різноманітні проекти але й здійснювати ефективне управління ними. У статті проведено аналіз наукових праць як зарубіжних так і українських вивчених категоріального апарату щодо формування та розвитку категорій як «проект», проектна діяльність», «управління проектами» та ряду суміжних категорій. Досліджено, що постійні зміни які відбуваються економіці сформували причини які сприяли виокремленню управління проектами в самостійну галузь менеджменту серед причин є: зростання темпів виробництва стає не можливим без зміни управлінських підходів, ринок зазнає постійних змін, що зумовлює все частіше застосовувати різноманітні проекти якими необхідно професійно управляти.

EN: The competitive environment in which domestic enterprises are constantly changing under the influence of various factors, both internal and external, especially in the conditions of martial law in which our country is. Therefore, in order to maintain market positions, enterprise managers need not only to develop and implement various projects, but also to effectively manage them. The article analyzes the scientific works of both foreign and domestic scientists regarding the study of the categorical apparatus regarding the formation and development of such concepts as "project", project activity", "project management" and a number of related categories. On the basis of the conducted research, it was concluded that this issue among domestic scientists began to be investigated not so long ago, the founders are foreign scientists, most of whom claim that the project is a unique creative activity that has its own beginning and end, which is aimed at achieving the final goals The main directions of the development of the concept of "project management", the founder of which is G. Gant, have been determined. It was found that the majority of both foreign and domestic scientists are inclined to the opinion that project management is an activity aimed at the implementation of the project with the maximum possible efficiency under the given restrictions on time, funds (resources) and the quality of the final results. It has been studied that the constant changes taking place in the market economy formed the reasons that contributed to the separation of project management into an independent branch of management, among the main reasons are: increasing the pace of changes in industry, for which management is one of the ways to achieve success in the competition with changes; market conditions are becoming more demanding, projects are larger and require more professionalism in management; more and more often, the activities of managers are related to the implementation of projects, however, project management differs from other managerial activities, requiring special skills, tools, organizational structure, etc.; the problems of integration of different companies and different types of activities in the course of project implementation deepen, and project management introduces forms and methods that make it possible to cope with these integration processes.
