Удосконалення бізнес-моделей аграрних підприємств для забезпечення стратегічного розвитку

Abstract

UK: У статті висвітлено проблематику удосконалення бізнес-моделей аграрних підприємств як важливого інструменту для забезпечення стратегічного розвитку в умовах сучасного ринкового середовища. Окреслено ключові виклики, з якими стикаються підприємства, зокрема цифровізація, посилення конкуренції, нестабільність ринку та необхідність впровадження екологічних стандартів. Проведено аналіз сучасних підходів до вдосконалення бізнес-моделей, включаючи оптимізацію ресурсів, інтеграцію інноваційних технологій, розвиток гнучкості бізнес-процесів і покращення управлінських рішень. На прикладі ТОВ «Сингента» відображено процес аналізу бізнес-моделі із оцінкою ефективності поточної стратегії. Особливу увагу приділено визначенню стратегій, спрямованих на підвищення конкурентоспроможності та адаптивності аграрних підприємств до зовнішніх змін. У статті запропоновано практичні рекомендації щодо адаптації та впровадження нових бізнес-моделей, які сприяють стійкому розвитку підприємств, підвищенню ефективності їх діяльності та досягненню довгострокових стратегічних цілей. Результати дослідження мають прикладне значення та можуть бути використані як керівниками, аналітиками, так і фахівцями у сфері стратегічного управління для розробки й реалізації ефективних підходів до модернізації бізнес-моделей.

EN: The development of an enterprise often requires a change in the business model. Therefore, assessing the effectiveness of current business models and searching for opportunities for their transformation and optimization should be a constant element of strategic management. This is relevant for both industrial and agricultural enterprises. Improving business models based on innovative technologies is the key to their strategic development. This makes the topic of the article relevant. The article uses methods of analysis and comparison. The canvas method was used to display the business model in the example of Syngenta LLC. The integral strategy success indicator assessed the strategy's effectiveness under the current business model. The article addresses the issue of improving the business models of agribusiness enterprises as a crucial tool for ensuring strategic development in the modern market environment. It outlines enterprises' critical challenges, including digitalization, increasing competition, market instability, and the need to implement environmental standards. An analysis of modern approaches to business model improvement is presented, focusing on resource optimization, integration of innovative technologies, enhancement of business process flexibility, and improvement of management decisions. The example of Syngenta LLC illustrates the process of analyzing a business model with an assessment of the effectiveness of the current strategy. Particular attention is given to defining strategies to increase agribusiness enterprises' competitiveness and adaptability to external changes. The article provides practical recommendations for adapting and implementing new business models that promote sustainable enterprise development, enhance operational efficiency, and achieve long-term strategic goals. The research findings have practical significance and can be utilized by managers, analysts, and strategic management professionals to develop and implement practical approaches for modernizing business models.
