Abstract

UK: У сучасному світі підприємства змушені адаптувати свої підходи до постачання, впроваджуючи новітні технології, автоматизовані системи управління та стратегічне планування для зниження витрат і мінімізації ризиків. У дослідженні запропоновано алгоритм процесу постачання, що включає планування, закупівлі, транспортування, контроль якості та управління запасами. Увагу акцентовано на ролях і функціях учасників, що сприяють досягненню стратегічних цілей підприємства. Також виділено рекомендації щодо оптимізації процесу постачання, які включають проведення регулярного аналізу ринку, встановлення чітких критеріїв для оцінки матеріалів, укладання довгострокових контрактів з надійними постачальниками, впровадження сучасних логістичних програм тощо. Запропоновані рішення спрямовані на підвищення ефективності управління постачаннями, зменшення витрат, забезпечення безперебійної роботи виробничих процесів і посилення конкурентоспроможності підприємства.

EN: The supply process is a key component of business operations that directly affects the stability of production processes, the efficiency of inventory management, and the overall profitability of the enterprise. In today's world, businesses are forced to adapt their approaches to supply by implementing the latest technologies, automated management systems and strategic planning to reduce costs, minimize risks and increase productivity. The supply chain process covers a number of stages, including planning needs, selecting suppliers, organizing procurement, transportation, acceptance, storage, and inventory management. Each stage involves solving complex tasks, such as evaluating suppliers according to key criteria (quality, price, reliability), monitoring the market, organizing logistics, monitoring compliance with contractual terms, and managing risks. Particular attention should be paid to the interaction of supply chain participants, as the efficiency of the enterprise depends on their coordinated work. The purpose of the article is to develop theoretical foundations and practical approaches to managing the supply of material and technical resources. The study proposes an algorithm of the supply process, which includes planning, procurement, transportation, quality control and inventory management. Attention is focused on the roles and functions of participants that contribute to the achievement of the strategic goals of the enterprise. The article also highlights recommendations for optimizing the supply process, which include conducting regular market analysis, establishing clear criteria for evaluating materials, concluding long-term contracts with reliable suppliers, implementing modern logistics programs, and creating a contingency plan in case of supply disruptions. The proposed solutions are aimed at improving the efficiency of supply management, reducing costs, ensuring the smooth operation of production processes and strengthening the company’s competitiveness.
