Трансформація ринку логістичних послуг в умовах воєнного стану: виклики та перспективи

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено основні аспекти трансформації ринку логістичних послуг в Україні в умовах військових дій, які суттєво вплинули на структуру, функціонування та перспективи розвитку галузі. Представлено динаміку обсягів вантажних перевезень на ринку логістичних послуг протягом останніх років. Основними елементами, які забезпечують стабільність вантажоперевезень, залишаються автомобільний та залізничний транспорт. Розкрито функціонування ринку логістичних послуг в напрямі вантажного залізничного, автомобільного, морського транспорту та складського господарства. Досліджено ключові тенденції розвитку ринку логістичних послуг: відновлення логістичної інфраструктури державою та бізнесом; будівництво логістичних комплексів: дистрибуційні склади та перевалочні пункти; зростання актуальності збірних вантажів; актуалізація фулфілменту; мобілізація кадрового потенціалу; діджіталізація логістики.

EN: The article examines the main aspects of the transformation of the logistics services market in Ukraine in the context of military operations, which significantly affected the structure, functioning, and prospects for the development of the industry. The dynamics of freight transportation volumes in the logistics services market over recent years are presented. Road and rail transport are the main elements that ensure the stability of freight transportation. The functioning of the logistics services market in the direction of freight rail, road, sea transport, and warehousing is revealed. It is noted that freight road transport and warehousing demonstrate stable development dynamics and stable growth. At the same time, sea freight transport was significantly affected at the beginning of the war, but thanks to the state's initiatives, its functioning was partially preserved. The key trends in the development of the logistics services market are studied. The primary focus is restoring logistics infrastructure through investments from the state, business, and international organizations. Measures to modernize the transport system are considered, particularly the construction and renovation of border checkpoints, the development of seaports in Greater Odessa and the Danube region, and the restoration of railway infrastructure. The emphasis is on adapting the market to new conditions, including reorientating transport flows to the western areas, developing warehouse complexes and transshipment points, and gradually restoring container transportation. The growth in demand for groupage cargo and their role in meeting the logistics needs of small and medium-sized businesses is highlighted. The impact of military operations on the human resource potential of the industry, which is characterized by a significant labor shortage, is analyzed. The importance of automation and digitalization of logistics processes is emphasized, including the introduction of artificial intelligence, blockchain technologies, and the Internet of Things, which contribute to increasing the efficiency and transparency of operations. The results of the study demonstrate the high adaptability of the Ukrainian logistics system to modern challenges.
