Поняття та складові інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення управління бізнес-процесами підприємств

Abstract

UK: У сучасних умовах динамічного розвитку інформаційно-аналітичне забезпечення є ключовим фактором ефективного управління підприємством. В статті розглянуто понятійний апарат, що стосується інформаційноаналітичного забезпечення управління бізнес-процесами. Здійснено теоретичне узагальнення сутності поняття «інформаційно-аналітичне забезпечення», зокрема у зв’язку з управлінням бізнес-процесами підприємства, а також приділено увагу систематизації підходів до визначення складових інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення управління бізнес-процесами підприємства. Визначено складові інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення управління бізнес-процесами підприємств відповідно до системного та функціонального підходів. Розглянуто складові інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення відповідно до системного підходу, виділено інформаційне, аналітичне, програмно-технологічне та інтелектуальне забезпечення. Приділено увагу функціональному підходу, що базується на виокремленні складових збору, обробки, аналізу та інтерпретації даних і зберіганні даних.

EN: In the modern context of dynamic development, information and analytical support is considered a fundamental factor for effective management in enterprises. The importance of information and analytical support lies in its role in enhancing decision-making processes, increasing business efficiency, and ensuring adaptability in the face of changing market conditions. This research explores the conceptual apparatus related to information and analytical support for business process management in the enterprises, providing an in-depth analysis of its key components. A theoretical generalization of the concept of "information and analytical support" is explored, with particular emphasis on its application in the management of business processes in enterprises. The research systematically addresses various approaches to defining the elements that constitute information and analytical support for business process management. It identifies and categorizes these components based on both a systemic and a functional approach. The systemic approach divides the support into four main components: informational, analytical, software-technological, and intellectual. The functional approach is based on identifying the components of data collection, processing, analysis, interpretation, and storage. The research also emphasizes the importance of integrating information and analytical support into the broader management system of an enterprise, highlighting the need for a comprehensive and systematic approach that aligns information, technology and human expertise. By integrating information and analytical support into the management of business processes, enterprises could improve the accuracy of their decision-making and drive improvements and optimizations in their business processes. The prospects for further research have been outlined, focusing on a deeper study of the components of information and analytical support for managing business processes within an enterprise, as well as an investigation of the aspects of developing a system for information and analytical support in enterprise business process management.
