Теоретичні основи формування міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств у логістичній діяльності

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено теоретичні основи формування міжнародної конкурентоспроможності підприємств у логістиці в умовах глобалізації та нестабільності. В роботі наголошено на важливості дослідження впливу сучасних технологій на формування логістичних систем. Розглянуто основні фактори, що впливають на конкурентоспроможність у логістичній діяльності, такі як швидкість доставки, якість обслуговування, мінімізація ризиків, побудова ефективних ланцюгів та використання сучасних технологій. Окрему увагу приділено впливу технологічних інновацій, зокрема IoT, ШІ, блокчейну та аналізу великих даних, на оптимізацію маршрутів, прогнозування попиту, підвищення прозорості та безпеки. Підкреслено важливість переходу до «еластичної» логістики. Розглянуто вплив пандемії та війни в Україні на міжнародну логістику та важливість екологічної складової у формуванні конкурентних переваг. На основі аналізу визначено основні тенденції формування конкурентних переваг, серед яких ключовими є цифровізація, інтеграція інформаційного та технологічного середовища, екологічно чисті практики та стратегічне партнерство.

EN: The article examines the theoretical foundations of the formation of international competitiveness of enterprises in the logistics sector in the context of globalization, technological development, and instability of the world economy. The article aims to develop theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for the formation and improvement of the international competitiveness of enterprises in the logistics services market. The paper analyzes scientific publications on the formation of international competitiveness. It reveals insufficient research on certain aspects, particularly the impact of modern technologies on the formation of effective logistics systems, the adaptation of logistics strategies to changes in the geopolitical situation, and the search for new mechanisms for risk management in international supply chains. The main factors influencing the competitiveness of enterprises in logistics activities are considered, such as delivery speed, customer service quality, risk minimization, building effective logistics chains, and using modern technologies. Special attention is paid to the impact of technological innovations on the development of logistics activities. Technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and big data analysis are considered, as their impact on route optimization, demand forecasting, increasing transparency, and security of supply chains. The article considers the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine on international logistics, in particular changes in supply chains, increasing delivery costs, and the need to increase the resilience of logistics companies. The importance of the environmental component in forming competitive advantages is outlined, in particular the use of electric transport, optimization of routes to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, and the growth of demand for environmentally friendly logistics solutions. Based on the analysis, the main trends that will determine the formation of competitive advantages in international logistics activities shortly are identified: digitalization of the industry, integration of the information and technological environment, implementation of environmentally friendly practices, and the formation of strategic partnerships between participants in logistics chains.
