Формування стратегії конкурентоспроможного розвитку найбільш перспективних машинобудівних підприємств

Abstract

UK: В статті запропонована стратегія конкурентоспроможного розвитку машинобудівних підприємств. Основний акцент зроблено на групи машинобудівних підприємств (3-тю та 5-ту), які виділились на основі проведених попередніх досліджень. Виділено фрагмент підприємств машинобудування для яких сформовані стратегії для забезпечення конкурентоспроможного розвитку. Запропоновано для забезпечення конкурентоспроможного розвитку підприємств сільськогосподарського машинобудування застосувати циркулярну біоекономічну трансформацію їх розвитку. Для підприємств 5 групи (підприємства машинобудування воєнного призначення) доцільно застосувати одну з концепцій еволюційного розвитку. Для укріплення конкурентних позицій машинобудівних підприємств на національних та міжнародних ринках необхідно здійснювати спостереження за конкурентним середовищем, щоб вчасно виявляти та прогнозувати обставини, які можуть вплинути на їх конкурентоспроможність.

EN: The purpose of the article is to formulate strategies for competitive development for the most promising groups of machine building. The article proposes a strategy for competitive development of machine-building enterprises. The relevance of this study is due to the need to develop strategies specifically for priority machine-building enterprises that provide the agricultural and defence component in the current conditions of war. The study uses a combination of general scientific and special research methods with the use of methods of scientific abstraction, monographic analysis and synthesis, comparative and systematic analysis, and abstract and logical analysis. A fragment of machine-building enterprises has been allocated for which strategies have been formed to ensure the competitive development of agricultural machine-building enterprises, for which it is advisable to apply a circular bioeconomic transformation of their development. It is noted that the bioeconomy is defined as the production, utilisation and conservation of biological resources, including relevant knowledge in science, technology and innovation, to provide information, goods, processes and services in all sectors of the economy aimed at sustainable development. For enterprises of Group 5 (military engineering enterprises), it is advisable to apply one of the concepts of evolutionary development. It should be noted that the theoretical concepts of evolutionary development of enterprises, which have historically developed and are practically used by business entities as a vision of development, are reduced to certain classes. The practical value of this study lies in the choice by machine-building enterprises of effective strategies to strengthen their competitive positions in the national and international markets. To this end, it is necessary to monitor the competitive environment in order to timely identify and predict circumstances that may affect their competitiveness. It is also important to assess competitive advantages, develop and implement effective strategies, including the bioeconomic development strategies and growth strategies we have proposed for the relevant groups of machine-building enterprises.
