Трансформація фондового ринку України в умовах цифровізації та європейської інтеграції: сучасні виклики та перспективи розвитку

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено сучасний стан та основні тенденції розвитку фондового ринку України в умовах економічних трансформацій та євроінтеграційних процесів. Проаналізовано динаміку основних показників функціонування ринку, включаючи обсяги торгів, структуру фінансових інструментів та рівень капіталізації у порівнянні з іншими країнами регіону. Особливу увагу приділено процесам діджиталізації фондового ринку, зокрема впровадженню нової торговельної системи NEXT, модернізації депозитарної системи та розвитку електронного документообігу. Досліджено вплив нового законодавства про ринки капіталу на розвиток ринкової інфраструктури та розширення спектру фінансових інструментів. Визначено ключові проблеми, що стримують розвиток фондового ринку України, та запропоновано комплекс заходів щодо їх вирішення. Встановлено, що в умовах європейської інтеграції України особливого значення набуває необхідність приведення стандартів функціонування фондового ринку у відповідність до вимог ЄС, що включає гармонізацію законодавства, впровадження міжнародних стандартів розкриття інформації, вдосконалення механізмів захисту прав інвесторів та розвиток ринкової інфраструктури відповідно до європейських норм, що в перспективі створить сприятливі умови для залучення іноземних інвестицій та інтеграції українського ринку до глобальної фінансової системи. Розроблено практичні рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення фондового ринку України в умовах цифрової трансформації та євроінтеграційних процесів, яка охоплює шість взаємопов'язаних стратегічних напрямків, спрямованих на забезпечення сталого розвитку ринку та його інтеграцію до європейського фінансового простору.

EN: The article examines the current state and main trends in the development of the Ukrainian stock market in the context of economic transformations and European integration processes. The dynamics of the main indicators of the functioning of the market, including the volume of trades, the structure of financial instruments and the level of capitalization in comparison with other countries of the region, were analyzed. Special attention was paid to the processes of digitalization of the stock market, in particular, the implementation of the new trading system NEXT, modernization of the depository system and the development of electronic document flow. It has been established that digitalization processes collectively create a powerful technological foundation for increasing the efficiency and transparency of market operations, reducing transaction costs, and expanding opportunities for all market participants.The influence of the new legislation on capital markets on the development of the market infrastructure and the expansion of the range of financial instruments was studied. The key problems restraining the development of the stock market of Ukraine are identified, and a set of measures to solve them is proposed. It was established that in the context of the European integration of Ukraine, the need to bring the stock market functioning standards into compliance with EU requirements is of particular importance, which includes the harmonization of legislation, the implementation of international information disclosure standards, the improvement of mechanisms for the protection of investors' rights and the development of market infrastructure in accordance with European norms, which in the long run will create favorable conditions for attracting foreign investments and integrating the Ukrainian market into the global financial system. Practical recommendations for improving the stock market of Ukraine in the conditions of digital transformation and European integration processes have been developed, which covers six interrelated strategic directions aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of the market and its integration into the European financial space.
