Моніторинг інвестиційних викликів для підприємств інжинірингової сфери в умовах інтелектуалізації економічних систем

Abstract

UK: Впровадження інтелектуальних технологій, інновацій провокує появу стохастичних ефектів та ризиків. Інвестиційні виклики та витрати на їх моніторинг визначають стави прибутковості й ризику інжинірингових підприємств. Розробка програм з моніторингу ризиків інтелектуалізації на підприємствах інжинірингової сфери потребує деталізації та адаптації до безпекових викликів. Класичні економічні механізми моніторингу викликів у інвестиційній діяльності базуються на методичному інструментарії аналізу й прогнозування змін у середовищі, методах оцінки потенційних загроз, обґрунтуванні безпекових стратегій. В досліджені формалізовано основні групи інвестиційних викликів: технологічні, фінансові, управлінсько-організаційні, регуляторно-юридичні, ринкові. В статті розкрито складові процесів моніторингу інвестиційних викликів при інтелектуалізації підприємства, а саме: аналіз тенденцій ринку та технологічних інновацій, аудит інформаційної безпеки та адаптивності персоналу до змін, аудит конкурентоспроможності та характеру ринкових впливів.

EN: The introduction of intellectual technologies and innovations results with stochastic effects and risks. Investment challenges and the costs of their monitoring determine the profitability and risk of engineering enterprises. The development of programmes for monitoring the risks of intellectualisation at engineering enterprises requires detailing and adaptation to security challenges. Classical economic mechanisms for monitoring challenges in investment activities are based on methodological tools for analysing and forecasting changes in the environment, methods for assessing potential threats, and substantiating security strategies. The study formalises the main groups of investment challenges: technological, financial, managerial and organisational, regulatory and legal, and market. Technological problems reveal project design promises in the intellectualisation of engineering enterprises, and f inancial problems reveal resource promises. At the same time, managerial, organisational, regulatory, legal, and market challenges are shaped by the external environment of the engineering enterprise and affect future vectors and results of intellectualisation. This made it possible to generalise measures to overcome them and minimise the negative impact on the results of the intellectualisation of the economy. The article reveals the components of the processes of monitoring investment challenges in the intellectualisation of an enterprise, namely: analysis of market trends and technological innovations, audit of information security and adaptability of personnel to changes, audit of competitiveness and nature of market influences. The research of the methodological basis for monitoring investment risks allows substantiating a comprehensive system for monitoring investment risks for engineering enterprises in the context of intellectualisation. The effectiveness of monitoring investment challenges for engineering enterprises in the context of intellectualisation of economic systems makes it possible to identify challenges and changes in a timely manner, to adapt quickly to overcome them, and to ensure the growth of competitiveness and stability of enterprise development.
