Структурний аналіз найкращих практик трансферу енергоінновацій: практичні кейси

Abstract

UK: В статті розглянуті різні фактори, що впливають на успішність трансферу енергоінновацій, такі як економічні, технічні, соціальні, організаційні, політичні та правові. Мета даного дослідження полягає у вивченні та аналізі кращих практик трансферу енергоінновацій для визначення оптимальних стратегій їх ефективного впровадження в енергетичному секторі. Аналіз поточного стану та ідентифікація перешкод впровадження енергоінновацій виявили ключові проблеми, які включають в себе технічні обмеження, економічні виклики, соціальні аспекти, правове регулювання та технологічні ризики. На основі цього аналізу розроблені рекомендації для подальшого вдосконалення процесу трансферу енергоінновацій. Результати дослідження закладають основу для розробки стратегії розвитку та впровадження енергоінновацій, спрямованої на забезпечення сталого прогресу та зниження негативного впливу на довкілля.

EN: n the contemporary global context, energy innovations are increasingly recognized as crucial tools for fostering sustainable development and mitigating environmental impacts. However, the transition of these innovations from research to practical implementation within the energy sector presents significant challenges. This study delves into the complexities of transferring energy innovations by conducting a comprehensive analysis of best practices and strategies to uncover the most effective approaches for their integration into the energy industry. The paper systematically examines various factors influencing the success of energy innovation transfers, including economic, technical, social, organizational, political, and legal dimensions. Several critical issues have been highlighted through an in-depth assessment of the current landscape and identifying key barriers to adopting energy innovations. These include technical constraints, economic barriers, social influences, regulatory challenges, and technological risks. Building on this analysis, the study offers tailored recommendations designed to enhance the energy innovation transfer process. Notably, the research identifies Sweden and Germany as exemplary nations in this domain, showcasing advanced strategies that could be adapted to domestic contexts, particularly in regions with similar challenges and opportunities in the energy sector. The findings of this study lay the groundwork for developing a comprehensive strategy to advance the adoption and implementation of energy innovations. Such a strategy is vital for ensuring sustainable growth and minimizing the environmental impact of energy production and consumption. The insights from successful cases in Sweden and Germany provide a valuable reference for shaping future policies and practices in other countries, including Ukraine, where applying this knowledge could address existing barriers and leverage potential opportunities for the energy sector’s development.
