Нормативно-правові засади корпоративної соціальної відповідальності

Abstract

UK: Стаття досліджує нормативно-правові документи як фундаментальну засаду провадження корпоративної соціальної відповідальності (КСВ). Автори розглянули основні нормативні документи України, які містять базові засади сутності КСВ та основні положення, визначальні для КСВ підприємств. На основі аналізу документів автори дійшли висновку, що їх положення формують нормативно-правове поле, яке стимулює підприємства до впровадження принципів КСВ. Визначені документи містять рамкові засади, які безпосередньо пов'язані з КСВ, а їх дотримання є важливим кроком для забезпечення сталого розвитку бізнесу та суспільства. У статті також розглянуто основні міжнародні документи, які сформували основу глобального сталого розвитку та КСВ підприємств. Таким чином, на державному та міждержавному рівнях сформований базис для реалізації засад сталого розвитку через впровадження соціальної відповідальності бізнес-структурами.

EN: This paper investigates the legal framework underpinning corporate social responsibility (CSR). The study focuses on key national and international legal documents that define the fundamental principles of CSR implementation in businesses. The research aims to analyze the legal framework in Ukraine and assess its alignment with global CSR standards. The main research methods employed include document analysis, systemic analysis to identify the interconnections between normative legal acts and their impacts on enterprises, and comparative analysis of national legislation with international standards. The authors examined the key normative documents of Ukraine that contain the basic principles defining the essence of CSR, identifying relevant sections, articles, and main provisions regarding CSR. Additionally, the primary international documents that have established the foundation for global sustainable development and corporate social responsibility have been analyzed. Thus, both at the state and intergovernmental levels, a basis has been formed for the realization of sustainable development principles through the implementation of social responsibility by business structures. Based on the document analysis, the authors concluded that the provisions contained within these documents create a normative and legal framework that encourages enterprises to adopt CSR principles. In practice, at the enterprise level, the basic realization of the sustainable development concept occurs through the achievement of sustainable development goals for a resilient future for the entire world. The identified documents contain the fundamental principles directly related to CSR, and adherence to these is a crucial step toward ensuring business sustainability. The practical implications of this research are significant. By understanding the legal requirements and expectations related to CSR, businesses can develop effective CSR strategies that align with their goals and values. In conclusion, this research contributes to the understanding of the legal landscape of CSR in Ukraine and highlights the importance of a strong legal framework in promoting sustainable development.
