Драйвери еколого-економічного розвитку підприємств

Abstract

UK: У дослідженні визначено, що спроби суб’єктів господарювання щодо раціонального використання природних ресурсів і зниження негативного впливу на природне оточення стикаються з проблемами у балансуванні екологічних та економічних цілей підприємства. Доведено, що драйвери еколого-економічного розвитку підприємства сприятимуть балансуванні його екологічних та економічних цілей. Обгрунтовано, що драйвери еколого-економічного розвитку підприємства формуються на наступних рівнях: національному (міжнародні стандарти екологічного менеджменту, державна екологічна стандартизація та сертифікація, тощо); регіональному (індустріальні парки, популяризація екологічно «нейтральних» товарів та послуг в соціумі); локальному (екологічне підприємництво, зниження ресурсоємності виробництва, розвиток культури поводження з відходами тощо забезпечення сталого розвитку національної економіки тощо). Визначено типи еколого-економічного розвитку підприємства, а саме: відносний ресурсозберігаючий і ресурсовитратний; переважно інтенсивний і екстенсивний; відносний витратозберігаючий і витратомісткий та нейтральний.

EN: The study establishes that in the modern world, the negative environmental consequences of industrial development aimed at increasing the production of socially necessary goods and services have become apparent. At the same time, efforts to rationally use natural resources and reduce the negative impact on the natural environment raise several questions about balancing enterprises' ecological and economic goals. It is substantiated that the drivers of the ecoeconomic development of enterprises will facilitate balancing their environmental, and economic objectives. It is proven that the drivers of the eco-economic development of enterprises are formed at the following levels: national level (international standards of environmental management, state ecological standardization and certification, circular economy, "green" bonds, environmental taxation, etc.), regional level (industrial parks, environmental management, promotion of environmentally "neutral" goods and services in society), local level (ecological entrepreneurship, support for eco-economic development at the level of territorial communities (local environmental taxes and fees), development of infrastructure for eco-economic development of enterprises aimed at reducing anthropogenic pressure on the natural environment, decreasing production resource intensity, developing a waste management culture, advancing the circular economy, and ensuring the sustainable development of the national economy.) The types of eco-economic development of an enterprise have been identified, namely: relatively resource-saving and resource-intensive; predominantly intensive and extensive; relatively cost-saving and cost-intensive, as well as neutral. It is indicated that the classification of an enterprise under a particular type of eco-economic development is based on the calculation of the following indicators: the cost per unit of production before and after the implementation of environmental measures, the share of investments in the implementation of these measures, the baseline physical volume of sales of environmentally safe products, the profitability rate of investments in the enterprise's environmental measures, changes in the price of environmentally safe products, the increase in the physical volume of sales of environmentally safe products, and the total amount of excess profit resulting from the implementation of the measures, among others.
