Теоретичні аспекти формування кооперації та інтеграції в аграрному секторі економіки

Abstract

UK: У статті розкрито теоретико-методологічні аспекти формування та розвитку кооперації в аграрному секторі економіки. Показано авторське бачення основних методологічних принципів господарського механізму кооперації. Доведено, що дослідження глибинних процесів економічних відносин в кооперації є важливим елементом для розуміння тенденцій та напрямів подальшого ефективного розвитку національної економіки. Доведено, що забезпечення організації роботи шляхом постачання ресурсів через інтеграційні ресурси дозволить розширити ринок збуту сільськогосподарської продукції, контролювати витрати, а також створювати широкі можливості для подальшого розвитку вітчизняного аграрного бізнесу. Сучасні інтеграційні процеси у сільському господарстві мають розвиватися в умовах становлення ринкових кооперативних відносин. Розв’язання основних проблем системи інтеграційних зв’язків, сприятимуть підвищенню ефективності функціонування всіх галузей і сфер агропромислового виробництва. Дане дослідження зумовлює необхідність вивчення теоретичних і методологічних аспектів формування кооперації та інтеграції в аграрному секторі економіки.

EN: The article describes the theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation and development of cooperation in the agrarian sector of the economy. The author's vision of the main methodological principles of the economic mechanism of cooperation is shown. It has been proven that the study of the deep processes of cooperative economic relations is an important element for understanding the trends and directions of the development of the national economy. It has been proven that ensuring the organization of work through the supply of resources through integration resources will allow expanding the market for the sale of agricultural products. In addition, it will allow to diversify the risks of enterprises, control costs, and also create ample opportunities for the further development of domestic agrarian business. Modern integration processes in agriculture must develop in the conditions of the formation of market cooperative relations. Solving the main problems of the system of integration links will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the functioning of all branches of agro-industrial production. It has been proven that the most important unresolved problem that restrains the development of agro-industrial production is the non-equivalence of the exchange of resources entering and leaving the system of agro-industrial production. There is insufficient interaction between interrelated and interdependent structural elements of the agro-food sector. This led to a decrease in the efficiency of the industry and a significant decline in agricultural production. Until now, a scientifically based concept of agro-industrial integration and formation of agroindustrial production in modern socio-economic conditions of management has not been developed. The main goals of optimizing the structural potential of agro-industrial enterprises are: cooperation, integration, diversification and synergy. Integration processes in agro-industrial production necessitate a systematic approach to the development process of agricultural production. Practice shows that agro-industrial integration is built by uniting holdings, financial structures, processing enterprises, regional specialization enterprises.
