Релоковані підприємницькі структури України на сучасному етапі їх функціонування: роль, значення, ретроспективний аналіз

Abstract

UK: У статті розглядаються особливості функціонування релокованих підприємницьких структур України в умовах сучасних соціально-економічних і геополітичних викликів. Проведено ретроспективний аналіз їхнього розвитку, визначено основні фактори, що вплинули на необхідність переміщення бізнесу, зокрема - військові дії, економічна нестабільність, зміни в законодавчому регулюванні тощо. Проналізовано роль релокованого бізнесу у збереженні економічної стійкості держави, створенні робочих місць, забезпеченні інноваційного розвитку та інтеграції у глобальні ринки. Акцентовано увагу на викликах, з якими стикаються підприємства після переміщення: адаптація до нових умов регіонів/країн, відновлення виробничих процесів, налагодження логістики, взаємодія з місцевими органами влади та громадою. Окремо висвітлюється значення підтримки релокованих підприємницьких структур державою та міжнародними організаціями. Результати дослідження підкреслюють важливість розробки стратегій довгострокової підтримки переміщення підприємств і їхнього ефективного включення у відновлення економіки України.

EN: The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the functioning of relocated business structures in Ukraine at the current stage of their development in the context of socio-economic transformations. The role and significance of business relocation as a tool for adapting enterprises to extraordinary circumstances, in particular armed conflict, economic crisis and other external and internal challenges, is examined. A retrospective analysis of the processes of enterprise relocation is conducted, covering their causes, stages and results, with an emphasis on changes in the territorial structure of the national economy and the impact on regional development. The specifics of the adaptation of relocated enterprises to new business conditions are studied, including issues of infrastructure integration, staffing, the formation of new sales markets and the restoration of supply chains. Key challenges are highlighted, in particular legal, financial and logistical barriers that complicate the relocation process. The article also identifies strategic directions for improving support for relocated enterprises at the state level, including: developing effective financial assistance programs, improving legal regulation, stimulating cooperation between regional administrations and business structures, and creating an institutional framework to facilitate the integration of relocated enterprises into new economic ecosystems. In the context of martial law in Ukraine, businesses are experiencing a serious impact on their activities and economic stability. Enterprises are forced to seek adaptation strategies, in particular, using the possibility of relocation to ensure security and maintain functioning. Relocation support programs are becoming an important tool for ensuring business stability in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The importance of flexibility and strategic planning is becoming tangible, as enterprises are looking for new ways to adapt to changes. Today, the activation of entrepreneurial activity is a necessary condition for strengthening the economic stability of the state.
