Abstract

UK: Штучний інтелект (ШІ) та бізнес-аналітика (ВІ) є важливими інструментами для оптимізації управлінських рішень і підвищення ефективності бізнес-процесів. У статті проаналізовано основні бар’єри впровадження ШІ та ВІ, включаючи технічну складність, обмежені ресурси та недостатню технічну підготовку підприємств. Розглянуто доступні технологічні рішення, що сприяють автоматизації процесів, підвищенню якості управлінських рішень та зниженню витрат. Представлені інструменти інтеграції ШІ та ВІ демонструють можливість досягнення високої ефективності за помірних витрат. Запропоновані рекомендації дозволяють адаптувати ці рішення для різних типів підприємств, сприяючи їх сталому розвитку в умовах цифрової трансформації та обмежених ресурсів. Особлива увага приділена економічній доцільності використання цих технологій.

EN: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Business Intelligence (BI) are critical tools for optimizing decision-making and enhancing business process efficiency in today's digital economy. This article explores the integration of AI and BI in business practices, focusing on their potential to overcome key challenges, such as technical complexity, limited financial and human resources, and insufficient managerial expertise. A comprehensive analysis is provided, highlighting modern solutions that enable automation, improve decision accuracy, and reduce costs. The study emphasizes the importance of combining AI's analytical capabilities with BI's visualization tools, creating a synergistic effect that facilitates strategic and operational decision-making. Presented models demonstrate how AI and BI integration can deliver significant benefits while maintaining cost efficiency, making these technologies accessible even to resource-constrained enterprises. Key barriers to adoption, such as the lack of infrastructure, technical expertise, and financial constraints, are addressed, alongside practical recommendations for their mitigation.
