Раціоналізація організаційної структури управління: наукові підходи та механізми реалізації

Abstract

UK: У статті узагальнено наукові підходи до процесу раціоналізації організаційної структури управління підприємством та досліджено механізми його реалізації. Встановлено, що навіть оптимально спроектована оргструктура з часом починає гальмувати розвиток суб’єкта господарювання та перестає відповідати вимогам сьогодення. Узагальнено особливості розвитку, класифікації форм та структуризації ОСУ. Досліджено чинники впливу на процес функціонування структури управління суб’єкта господарювання. Доведена необхідність проведення періодичного контролю та аналізу складових організаційної структури управління з метою забезпечення її відповідності стратегічним цілям подальшого розвитку підприємства та завчасного попередження кризового стану безпосередньо у самій структурі. Обґрунтовано пріоритети механізму раціоналізації оргструктур підприємств олійно-жирової галузі.

EN: The article summarizes scientific approaches to the process of rationalization of the organizational structure of enterprise management and investigates the mechanisms of its implementation. It has been established that even an optimally designed organizational structure over time begins to inhibit the development of a business entity and ceases to meet today's requirements. In this regard, there is a need to improve it as a factor in increasing the efficiency of the producer's functioning process. That is why the creation of a rational OSU is an important task of top managers even at the initial stage of the functioning of an industrial enterprise. Features of development, classification of forms and structuring of OSU are summarized. Factors influencing the process of functioning of the management structure of the business entity were studied. The necessity of carrying out periodic control and analysis of the components of the organizational structure of management in order to ensure its compliance with the strategic goals of the enterprise's development and early prevention of a crisis situation directly in the structure itself has been proven. It was found that the choice of forms, methods and methods of OSU rationalization is directly related to the organizational features of the enterprise's operational activities (in particular, business process reengineering, restructuring, other organizational new formations). In the current conditions, it is expedient to carry out organizational transformations through internal simplifications of OSU, replacement of hierarchical management organizational structures with adaptive structures, integration of various forms of organic structures within the hierarchical structure, creation of conglomerates, formation of modular and atomistic entities of entrepreneurial activity. The priorities of the mechanism of rationalization of OSU of enterprises of the oil and fat industry are substantiated. It has been proven that the rationalization of the organizational structure of management will enable the process of the company achieving a high level of operational efficiency in the market, will contribute to the maximum satisfaction of consumer needs, which will ultimately ensure the appropriate level of profitability of the business entity.
