UK: Стаття аналізує вплив цифрових технологій на сучасні логістичні процеси, зокрема на оптимізацію постачання, зберігання та транспортування товарів. Окремо розглядаються основні цифрові інструменти, що використовуються у логістиці, зокрема системи управління ланцюгами постачання (SCM), автоматизовані складські системи (WMS), Інтернет речей (IoT), технології блокчейн і штучний інтелект, які сприяють підвищенню ефективності логістичних операцій. Вони дозволяють не тільки знижувати витрати, але й підвищувати точність прогнозування попиту, оптимізувати маршрути доставки та забезпечувати прозорість усіх етапів процесу. Особливу увагу приділено необхідності розвитку цифрових компетентностей серед учасників логістичного процесу, що є важливою умовою для успішного впровадження та ефективного використання новітніх технологій. Стаття підкреслює важливість інвестицій у навчання працівників і вдосконалення їх навичок, що дозволяє підприємствам максимально використовувати можливості цифровізації, забезпечуючи таким чином свою конкурентоспроможність на ринку.

Particular attention is paid to how these technologies contribute to increasing the efficiency of supply and storage of goods, reducing the cost of transportation and distribution, and improving the accuracy of demand forecasting. The authors emphasize that digitalization is not only a technological necessity, but also an important strategic factor for businesses seeking to remain competitive in today's market. The article describes in detail how the use of modern technologies can not only increase the efficiency of operations, but also ensure the transparency and reliability of logistics processes, which is critical in the context of business globalization and climate change.
