Цифрові трансформації та інтелектуальний бізнес: нові перспективи розвитку людського потенціалу та соціально-економічних систем

Abstract

UK: Стаття присвячена дослідженню впливу цифрових трансформацій на розвиток людського потенціалу та соціально-економічних систем в контексті інтелектуального бізнесу. Проаналізовано роль теоретичних підходів і концепцій у розумінні цифрових трансформацій, інтелектуального бізнесу, розвитку людського потенціалу та соціально-економічних систем. Обґрунтовано сутність та взаємозв'язок ключових категорій дослідження. Визначено та проаналізовано напрями впливу цифрових трансформацій на розвиток людського потенціалу в контексті інтелектуального бізнесу. З’ясовано, що з одного боку, цифрові трансформації розширюють можливості для саморозвитку людського потенціалу, а з іншого – викривають системні дисбаланси. З’ясовано вплив цифровізації на соціальну нерівність та закономірності економічного зростання. Визначено ключові перспективи та стратегічні завдання розвитку людського потенціалу та соціально-економічних систем в умовах цифрових трансформацій.

EN: This article explores the impact of digital transformations on the development of human potential and socio-economic systems within the context of intellectual business, and identifies promising measures to facilitate their effective development. The role of theoretical approaches and concepts in understanding digital transformations, intellectual business, human potential development, and socio-economic systems is analyzed. The essence and interrelationship of key research categories – digital transformations, intellectual business, human potential, and socio-economic systems – are substantiated. Digital transformations are interpreted in the article as a process of profound changes in society and the economy driven by the adoption of digital technologies. It is substantiated that digital transformations impact society, the economy, labor, and human life; they create new opportunities and challenges for knowledge-driven businesses, necessitate the qualitative advancement of human potential, and fundamentally reshape socio-economic systems. The directions of digital transformations' impact on human potential development in the context of intellectual business are identified and analyzed: personalized education and lifelong learning; hybrid work and digital autonomy; data-driven decision support systems; creativity development through artificial intelligence tools; inclusivity and access to global opportunities; ethics and security in the digital environment; and transformation of leadership and management. It is revealed that, on the one hand, digital transformations expand opportunities for self-development of human potential, and on the other hand, expose systemic imbalances. The analysis determines that digital transformations have a dual impact on socio-economic systems, particularly on the labor market and education. The impact of digitalization on social inequality and patterns of economic growth is clarified. Key perspectives and strategic tasks for the development of human potential and socio-economic systems in the context of digital transformations are outlined.
