UK: Стаття розглядає актуальну проблему розвитку проєктного менеджменту в публічній сфері, зумовлену необхідністю підвищення ефективності публічного управління. Дослідження спрямоване на виявлення та аналіз ключових детермінант, що впливають на розвиток проєктного менеджменту в сфері публічного управління та визначення його перспектив з огляду на сучасні тенденції та виклики. Застосовано комплексний аналітичний підхід, який охоплює різноманітні фактори, що впливають на управління проєктами, включаючи інституційні рамки, організаційні можливості, культурно-соціальні особливості, економічні обмеження та технологічний прогрес. Результати дослідження виявляють складну взаємодію цих детермінант, підкреслюючи зростаючу роль залучення заінтересованих сторін та інтеграції передових технологій. Практична цінність дослідження полягає в його потенціалі для інформування політиків та державних службовців щодо стратегій оптимізації практики управління проєктами в публічному секторі, підвищення прозорості та сприяння інноваціям.

EN: This article explores the critical need to understand the evolving landscape of project management within the public sector, driven by the imperative to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in public service delivery. The study aims to identify and analyze the key determinants that shape the development of project management in public administration, thereby providing insights into future trajectories and adaptation strategies.
