Роль інклюзії соціального бізнесу в забезпеченні стійкого розвитку територіальних громад

Abstract

UK: В статті виокремлено роль соціального бізнесу як інструменту забезпечення стійкого розвитку територіальних громад шляхом впровадження інклюзивних підходів. Визначено ключові соціально-економічні виклики сучасності, що зумовлюють необхідність пошуку альтернативних моделей розвитку, орієнтованих на рівність можливостей та соціальну згуртованість. Особливу увагу приділено ролі соціального підприємництва у подоланні наслідків збройної агресії росії в Україні та повоєнної відбудови, шляхом створення робочих місць, стимулювання місцевої економіки та забезпечення рівного доступу до можливостей для різних груп населення. Представлено практичні кейси та механізми, що сприяють формуванню соціально відповідальної економіки та забезпеченню стійкого розвитку громад у контексті сучасних викликів та повоєнної відбудови України. Узагальнено, що розвиток соціального бізнесу є одним із ключових механізмів у формуванні більш справедливого та інклюзивного суспільства, орієнтованого на довготривалу стійкість та добробут усіх громадян, а також важливим чинником розвитку та зміцнення територіальних громад в умовах сучасних глобальних викликів.

EN: The article identifies the role of social business as a tool for ensuring sustainable development of territorial communities through the introduction of inclusive approaches. The article analyses the key socio-economic challenges of our time, including growing economic inequality, demographic changes, environmental crises and geopolitical instability, which makes it necessary to find new models of socio-economic development. The importance of social entrepreneurship as a mechanism for the economic integration of socially vulnerable groups, including veterans, persons with disabilities, internally displaced persons and other categories of the population marginalised by the crisis, is substantiated. The article examines the relationship between social business and inclusion in the context of sustainable development of territorial communities, identifies the main areas of its impact on economic recovery, strengthening social cohesion and improving living standards at the local level. Particular attention is paid to the role of social entrepreneurship in overcoming the consequences of Russia's armed aggression in Ukraine and post-war reconstruction by creating jobs, stimulating the local economy and ensuring equal access to opportunities for different groups of the population. The article presents practical cases of successful social enterprises that contribute to the formation of a socially responsible economy, strengthening social capital and building institutional foundations for sustainable development of territorial communities. In particular, the experience of social business in Ukraine is presented, which plays a key role in the processes of adaptation and reintegration of internally displaced persons and veterans. The article also analyses European practices of social entrepreneurship in countries with developed models of inclusive economies, such as Germany, France, Sweden and Poland, and considers their potential adaptation for the development of Ukrainian territorial communities. It is concluded that the development of social business is one of the key mechanisms in the formation of a more just and inclusive society focused on the long-term sustainability and well-being of all citizens, as well as an important factor in the development and strengthening of territorial communities in the context of current global challenges.
