Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто ключові аспекти операційного менеджменту, включаючи операційні системи, їх ефективність та інноваційні підходи до розвитку. Зроблено акцент на необхідності інтеграції сталих практик у стратегічне управління операційною діяльністю підприємств, що передбачає баланс між економічними, екологічними та соціальними аспектами діяльності. Розглянуто ключові елементи операційного менеджменту, серед яких ефективне управління виробничими та сервісними процесами, оптимізація ресурсів, підвищення продуктивності праці та якості продукції. Значна увага приділяється сучасним моделям операційного менеджменту, що включають планування операцій, організацію та управління технологічними операціями, мотивацію, контроль та коригування діяльності компанії. Визначено практичні аспекти застосування операційного менеджменту на основі апробації ефективних моделей управління операційними процесами, таких як «бережливе виробництво», «5P», «бізнес-досконалості», «кругової операційної стратегії» та «загального управління якістю». Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у розробці комплексного підходу до вдосконалення операційного менеджменту через призму сталого розвитку, що сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоспроможності підприємств, зменшенню негативного впливу на довкілля та забезпеченню довгострокової економічної стабільності на основі поєднання інструментів успішно апробованих у світі моделей управління операційними процесами.

EN: The article is dedicated to analyzing and improving the operational management system of manufacturing enterprises, considering the concept of sustainable development. It examines key aspects of operational management, including operational systems, their efficiency, and innovative development approaches. The study demonstrates that applying innovative solutions in operational management not only enhances market efficiency but also strengthens enterprise competitiveness. The article explores modern methodologies for managing operational activities, enabling the optimization of resource utilization and the improvement of product quality. The emphasis is placed on the necessity of integrating sustainable practices into the strategic management of an enterprise's operational activities, ensuring a balance between economic, environmental, and social aspects. Practical recommendations are provided for adapting production processes to new conditions, including the use of alternative energy sources, the implementation of a circular economy, and corporate culture development. The text examines key concepts of operational management, such as efficient management of production and service processes, resource optimization, increased labor productivity, and improved product quality. Significant attention is given to modern trends in this field, such as digitalization, automation, and the adoption of innovative technologies. The document provides a detailed analysis of domestic scholars' works on the development of operational management in the context of national and global trends. A comparative analysis of various approaches to defining this concept is presented, allowing for the identification of its specific characteristics within the Ukrainian economy. The study also highlights the challenges and prospects of operational management in Ukraine, emphasizing the necessity of adapting management approaches to contemporary challenges, including economic instability, market globalization, and increasing competition. A separate section is dedicated to the practical aspects of applying operational management in enterprises across different industries. It examines effective models for managing operational processes, such as Lean Manufacturing, the 5P model, Business Excellence, Circular Operational Strategy, and Total Quality Management. The scientific novelty of the study lies in developing a comprehensive approach to improving operational management through the lens of sustainable development. This approach aims to enhance enterprise competitiveness, reduce negative environmental impact, and ensure long-term economic stability by integrating globally proven operational management models.
