Геоекономічні стратегії країн ЄС в умовах сталого розвитку

Abstract

UK: У статті проаналізовано геоекономічні стратегії країн ЄС у контексті сталого розвитку. Визначено основні пріоритети досягнення ЦСР у політичних та економічних документах ЄС. Обґрунтовано напрями діяльності уряду ЄС щодо реалізації ЦCР. Проведено порівняльний аналіз Плану дій з розвитку циркулярної економіки як одного з напрямів Зеленого курсу та Стратегії біоекономіки ЄС. Доведено, що завдяки зеленому курсу економічного зростання, який не базуватиметься на природних ресурсах, Європа стане інноваційним конкурентним простором. Визначено, що EU Bioeconomy Strategy забезпечить реалізацію ЦСР. Визначено прогрес у реалізації ЦСР у країнах ЄС. Обґрунтовано, що досвід і практика реалізації політики сталого розвитку країн ЄС є гарним прикладом та орієнтиром для багатьох інших країн, у т.ч. для України у питаннях розвитку суспільства за принципами економічності, екологічності, інклюзивності.

EN: The article analyzes the geo-economic strategies of the EU countries in the context of sustainable development. The main priorities for achieving the SDGs in the EU political and economic documents are identified and analyzed. The directions of the EU government's activities to implement the Sustainable Development Goals are substantiated. It is determined that the EU countries pay considerable attention to implementing sustainable development goals, which have become Europe's main development priorities and tasks and the direction of EU development policy. A comparative analysis of the Circular Economy Action Plan as one of the directions of the Green Deal and the EU Bioeconomy Strategy is carried out. It has been proven that thanks to this green course of economic growth, which will not be based on natural resources, Europe will become a neutral environmental territory and an innovative competitive space. It is determined that the EU Bioeconomy Strategy will ensure the implementation of the SDGs, overcome food security, switch to renewable energy sources, replace fossil fuels and carbon technologies, reduce the consumption of natural resources and increase the efficiency of their use, adapt the economy to climate change on the planet. The progress in implementing the SDGs in the EU countries is determined. It is proved that these steps of the European Union are aimed not only at completely changing the economy and making it sustainable but also at introducing sustainability into other areas by switching to environmentally friendly and digitalized transport, clean energy, modernization and reconstruction of buildings, increasing the number of green spaces that absorb carbon and other harmful gases, taking climate measures in the global economic environment, and moving towards zero pollution in the EU. It is substantiated that the experience and practice of implementing the EU's sustainable development policy is a good example and benchmark for many other countries, including Ukraine, in terms of society development based on the principles of economy, environmental friendliness, and inclusiveness.
