Abstract

UK: Глобальна економіка дедалі більше залежить від якості та доступності цифрової інфраструктури. Країни та регіони, які здатні сформувати потужну та гнучку інфраструктуру цифрової трансформації, отримують конкурентні переваги у світовій економічній системі, адже саме інфраструктурні рішення визначають швидкість адаптації до глобальних викликів, рівень цифрової інклюзії та можливості сталого розвитку. Разом з тим, процес розвитку цифрової інфраструктури стикається з низкою викликів: від проблеми цифрової нерівності між розвиненими та країнами, що розвиваються, до зростаючих ризиків у сфері кібербезпеки та енергетичної ефективності. Це зумовлює потребу у пошуку нових перспективних напрямів, які дадуть змогу посилити синергію технологій, бізнесу та суспільства, а також забезпечити збалансованість економічних, соціальних і екологічних ефектів. Отже, дослідження перспективних напрямків розвитку інфраструктури цифрової трансформації глобальної економіки є актуальним завданням, що дозволяє сформувати науково обґрунтовані підходи до підвищення її ефективності, стійкості та інноваційності в умовах динамічних глобальних змін.

EN: The global economy is increasingly dependent on the quality and availability of digital infrastructure. Countries and regions that are able to build a powerful and flexible digital transformation infrastructure gain competitive advantages in the global economic system, as infrastructure solutions determine the speed of adaptation to global challenges, the level of digital inclusion and opportunities for sustainable development. At the same time, the development of digital infrastructure faces a number of challenges, ranging from digital inequality between developed and developing countries to growing risks in the areas of cybersecurity and energy efficiency. This necessitates the search for new promising areas that will enhance the synergy between technology, business and society, as well as ensure a balance between economic, social and environmental effects. An analysis of the current situation has shown that digitalisation is progressing rapidly around the world, but is accompanied by significant disparities between countries and regions. International organisations and transnational corporations play a leading role in the development of digital infrastructure, setting standards and investing in key areas – from cloud technologies and data centres to cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. At the same time, the global economy faces the risks of digital inequality, cyber threats and high energy consumption of digital systems. The identified promising areas for the development of digital infrastructure – scaling cloud solutions, introducing 5G/6G and the Internet of Things, integrating artificial intelligence, strengthening cybersecurity and ‘green’ digitalisation – are capable of ensuring a qualitative transformation of the global economy. They are shaping new business models, promoting the growth of digital platforms, and creating conditions for inclusiveness and sustainable development. Researching promising areas for the development of the digital transformation infrastructure of the global economy is a pressing task that will enable the formation of scientifically sound approaches to improving its efficiency, sustainability and innovation in the context of dynamic global change.
