Концепції дослідження інжинірингових послуг у процесах інноваційного та технологічного обміну

Abstract

UK: Стаття присвячена систематизації та критичному аналізу теоретичних концепцій дослідження інжиніри-нгових послуг у контексті сучасних процесів інноваційного та технологічного обміну. Розглянуто еволюцію під-ходів до трактування інжинірингових послуг —від традиційних виробничо-технічних інтерпретацій до сучасних концепцій, що акцентують їхню роль як ключового елементу накоємні бізнес-послуг, інноваційних екосистем та глобальних виробничих мереж. Особливу увагу приділено теоріям поглинаючої спроможності, відкритих іннова-цій, технологічного трансферу, мережевої взаємодії та платформізації, які пояснюють механізми створення, адаптації та дифузії технологічних знань за участю інжинірингових компаній. Обґрунтовано, що в умовах гло-балізації та цифрової трансформації інжинірингові послуги дедалі частіше виконують функції інтеграційних платформ, поєднуючи внутрішні науково-дослідницькі процеси, партнерства з науковими установами, міжна-родні ланцюги створення вартості та практики відкритого інноваційного співробітництва. Зроблено висновок про необхідність міждисциплінарного підходу до дослідження інжинірингових послуг як важливого інституцій-ного чинника інноваційного розвитку та міжнародного технологічного обміну.

EN: The article is devoted to the systematization, conceptual clarification, and critical analysis of contemporary theoretical approaches to the study of engineering services in the context of innovation-driven development and technological exchange. The paper examines the evolution of scholarly views on engineering services, tracing their transformation from narrowly defined production- and technology-oriented activities to a broader interpretation as a core element of knowledge-intensive business services, innovation ecosystems, and global production and value networks. Special attention is paid to modern theoretical frameworks, including the theories of absorptive capacity, open innovation, technology transfer, network interaction, and platformization, which provide an explanatory basis for understanding the mechanisms of creation, adaptation, dissemination, and commercialization of technological knowledge with the participation of engineering firms. These approaches make it possible to reveal the role of engineering services as intermediaries between science, industry, and markets, as well as their function in coordinating complex innovation processes across organizational and national boundaries. It is substantiated that under the conditions of globalization, digitalization, and increasing technological complexity, engineering services increasingly perform integrative and coordinating functions, acting as institutional and technological platforms that combine internal research and development activities, cooperation with academic and scientific institutions, participation in international value chains, and practices of open and collaborative innovation. The article highlights the growing importance of engineering services in facilitating cross-border technological exchange, reducing innovation risks, and accelerating the diffusion of advanced technologies. The conclusions emphasize the necessity of applying an interdisciplinary research approach that integrates economic, managerial, institutional, and technological perspectives to the analysis of engineering services as a key driver of innovation-based growth and international technological cooperation.
