Міжнародна економічна інтеграція України: проблемні аспекти розвитку

Abstract

UK: У зв'язку з прискоренням темпів реалізації європейських інтеграційних прагнень України дослідження процесів її міжнародної інтеграції набувають особливої актуальності. Метою статті є характеристика наявних та можливих проблемних аспектів розвитку міжнародної економічної інтеграції України у цілому та європейських інтеграційних процесів зокрема, що мають суттєвий вплив на подальший розвиток як економіки України, так і громадянського суспільства країни у цілому. Участь України в процесах міжнародної економічної інтеграції є об'єктивною закономірністю включення її економіки в систему міжнародного поділу праці. При цьому у статті увага приділяється не тільки необхідності визначення шляхів та напрямів інтеграції, передумовам її проведення, виникаючим складностям та суперечностям у цьому процесі, а й можливостям України в процесі її міжнародної інтеграції за рахунок наявних конкурентних переваг та певних загроз і ризиків інтеграції для економіки країни, пов’язаних із проблемними чинниками існуючого стану економіки та особливостям її розвитку. Крім того, зазначено про необхідність дотримання визначених принципів розбудови міжнародної економічної інтеграції України, а також методів забезпечення реалізації та підходів до її втілення на практиці.

RU: В связи с ускорением темпов реализации европейских интеграционных устремлений Украины исследования процессов ее международной интеграции приобретают особую актуальность. Целью статьи является характеристика имеющихся и возможных проблемных аспектов развития международной экономической интеграции Украины в целом и европейских интеграционных процессов в частности, имеющих существенное влияние на дальнейшее развитие как экономики Украины, так и гражданского общества страны в целом. Участие Украины в процессах международной экономической интеграции является объективной закономерностью включения ее экономики в систему международного разделения труда. При этом в статье внимание уделяется не только необходимости определения путей и направлений интеграции, предпосылкам ее проведения, возникающим сложностям и противоречиям в этом процессе, но и возможностям Украины в процессе ее международной интеграции за счет имеющихся конкурентных преимуществ и определенных угроз и рисков интеграции для экономики страны, связанных с проблемными факторами существующего состояния экономики и особенностям ее развития. Кроме того, указано на необходимость соблюдения определенных принципов развития международной экономической интеграции Украины, а также методов обеспечения реализации и подходов к ее воплощению на практике.

EN: Due to the acceleration of the pace of implementation of the European integration aspirations of Ukraine, the study of the processes of its international integration becomes of special urgency. The purpose of the article is to describe the existing and possible problematic aspects of the development of international economic integration of Ukraine as a whole and European integration process, in particular, which have a significant impact on the further development of both the Ukrainian economy and the civil society of the country as a whole. The article focuses on the analysis of Ukraine's historical experience in international integration (within the framework of functioning of the common state in the form of the union of several countries), as well as the reintegration and destruction of its international relations, as well as the results and consequences of these processes. However, it is recognized that Ukraine's participation in the processes of international economic integration is an objective regularity of the inclusion of its economy into the system of international division of labor. The necessity of determining the ways and directions of Ukraine's integration into the world economy and defining a list of possible prerequisites, which are necessary for integration measures, are indicated. In particular, attention was paid to the emergence and dynamic development of international economic relations and the relations and relations between individual subjects of economic relations in a united country. Attention is also paid to the existence of obvious and possible complexities and contradictions, as well as inconsistencies between individual interests that arise between the countries participating in the integration process and the search for ways to coordinate positions to meet (to a certain extent) the national interests of each of these countries. The article also describes the characteristics of certain opportunities of Ukraine in the conditions of its international economic integration, which creates its competitive advantages in relation to the countries-participants of integration processes. The threats and risks to its economy existing in the process of Ukraine's international integration are also mentioned, which are connected with the existing problematic factors as the current state of the economy of the country, as well as the peculiarities of its development. Particular attention is paid to the necessity of observing certain principles of developing the international economic integration of Ukraine, as well as methods of ensuring its implementation and approaches to its implementation in practice.
