Екологічний транспорт: сутність поняття та особливості розвитку в умовах глобалізації

Abstract

UK: У статті проведено критичний аналіз наявних трактувань термінів «екологічно чистий транспорт» та «екотранспорт». Спільною рисою досліджуваних понять відзначено акцент на безпечності екологічного транспорту для навколишнього середовища порівняно з іншими видами транспорту. Використовуючи результати критичного аналізу й наявні підходи до трактування термінів «транспорт» і «екологія», надано власне визначення поняття «екологічний транспорт», у якому зроблено наголос на впливі не тыльки транспортних засобів, а й транспортних шляхів, інструментів і механізмів, що обслуговують процес перевезень. Досліджено вплив глобалізації на розвиток екологічного транспорту у світі. Серед основних чинників впливу глобалізації визначено та охарактеризовано: екологічні проблеми, коливання цін на енергоносії, патентування електромобілів, поширення технологічних інновацій, цифровізація суспільства.

RU: В статье проведен критический анализ терминов «экологически чистый транспорт» и «экотранспорт». В качестве общей черты исследуемых понятий выделена безопасность экологического транспорта для окружающей среды по сравнению с другими видами транспорта. Используя результаты критического анализа и существующие подходы к трактовке терминов «транспорт» и «экология», ьсформулировано собственное определение понятия «экологический транспорт», в котором сделан акцент на воздействии не только транспортных средств, но и транспортных путей, инструментов и механизмов, обслуживающих процесс перевозок. Исследовано влияние глобализации на развитие эколгического транспорта в мире. Среди основных факторов влияния глобализации определены и охарактеризованы: экологические проблемы, колебания цен на энергоносители, патентование электромобилей, распространение технологических инноваций, цифровизация общества.

EN: Every year for Ukraine, as well as for other countries of the world, the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more relevant. Transport industry is one of the largest sources of pollutant emissions in the environment. Increasingly, both academics and state officials pay attention to environmentally friendly transport. The article is devoted to the study of the essence of the concept of “environmental transport” and the main factors of globalization on the development of environmental transport. Based on the critical analysis of terms “ecological friendly transport” and “ecotransport” their general feature is defined: the safety of environmental transport for the environment in comparison with other types of transport. On the basis of a generalization of the studied terms and the terms of “transport” and “ecology” own definition of “environmental transport” is formulated. In contrast to the existing interpretations, in the formulated concept, the emphasis is placed on the fact that when determining the environmental impact, it is necessary to consider not only the impact of vehicles, but also the impact of transport routes, technical devices and mechanisms that serve the transportation process. The criteria for impact on the environment in formulated terms are determined by the integrity of ecosystems, environmentally acceptable sources of energy and the quality of health of the population. The influence of globalization on the development of ecological transport in the world has been studied. When determining the factors, the main emphasis is on such types of environmental transport as electric vehicles. The main factors of globalization that influence the development of ecological transport are identified and characterized: environmental problems, fluctuations in energy prices, the patenting of electric vehicles and the spread of technological innovations, digitalization of society. For each of these factors, the impact and results are detailed. It was emphasized that the results of the research can be used by state and local authorities in developing programs for the development of environmentally and energy efficient transport in Ukraine.
