Переваги та недоліки використання альтернативних джерел енергії країнами Європи

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто сутність зеленої енергетики та поняття енергетичної безпеки країни. Проаналізовано сучасний стан та динаміку використання альтернативних джерел енергії європейськими країнами. Акцент зроблено на використанні політики паливного заміщення, тому що зараз вона лежить в основі національної енергетичної безпеки розвинутих країн світу, які запроваджують спеціальні механізми скорочення використання традиційних вичерпних видів палива. Визначено переваги та недоліки використання альтернативних джерел енергії країнами Європи. Акцентовано увагу на ролі відновлюваних джерел енергії в економічному розвитку європейських країн. Розглянуто динаміку обсягу інвестицій у такий вид енергетичних джерел. Окрему увагу звернено на створення робочих місць у сфері альтернативної енергетики в країнах Європи.

RU: В статье рассмотрены сущность зеленой энергетики и понятие энергетической безопасности страны. Проанализированы современное состояние и динамика использования альтернативных источников энергии европейскими странами. Акцент сделано на использовании политики топливного замещения, потому что сейчас она лежит в основе национальной энергетической безопасности развитых стран мира, которые внедряют специальные механизмы сокращения использования традиционных исчерпываемых видов топлива. Определены преимущества и недостатки использования альтернативных источников энергии странами Европы. Акцентировано внимание на роли возобновляемых источников энергии в экономическом развитии европейских стран. Рассмотрена динамика объема инвестиций в этот вид энергетических источников. Отдельное внимание обращено на создание рабочих мест в сфере альтернативной энергетики в странах Европы.

EN: The essence of green energy and the concept of the state energy security have been considered in the article. The significance of green energy will grow in the medium and long term periods. The current state and the dynamics of the alternative energy sources use by the European countries have been analyzed. The emphasis has been made on the using of a fuel replacement policy, because nowadays it is in the center of the national energy security of the developed countries that introduce special mechanisms to reduce the use of the traditional exhaustible kinds of fuels. Highly developed countries are the main producers of alternative energy resources, along with Asian countries, which show high rates of development. The advantages and disadvantages of the alternative energy sources use in Europe have been determined. The emphasis is done on the role of renewable energy sources in the economic development of European countries. The pace of the market for renewable energy sources development was influenced by a large number of factors. Among them, one of the factors that kept the pace is the global financial crisis. The dynamics of investment volumes in this type of energy sources has been considered. Environmental investments include the process of investing in environmental projects. In turn, it activates a policy of sustainable development that combines economic, environmental and social components. Particular attention has been paid to the creation of jobs in the field of alternative energy in Europe. It is important to note that Europe is the world’s leader in job creation in the field of renewable energy. Germany occupies the leading place in the world. In order to increase the share of the use of renewable energy sources in the energy sector of Europe, it is necessary to develop appropriate mechanisms that will operate in market conditions. The issues of alternative energy and their solutions are promising and important in Europe. It has been evidenced by the funds put into the new EU budget for 2021–2027. A wide network of financial incentives aimed at the development of renewable energy sources has been developed.
