Аутсорсинг логістичних послуг: реалії та тенденції

Abstract

UK: У статті розглядаються роль та значення логістичного аутсорсингу для вітчизняних підприємств у сучасному бізнес-середовищі, виділяються можливості передачі низки логістичних функцій залученим організаціям, наявні реалії аутсорсингу логістичних послуг в Україні і перспективні тенденції. Розглянуто сутність поняття «аутсорсинг» та його типи, їх застосування у різних сферах діяльності, визначено функціональні напрями діяльності підприємств, де найчастіше застосовується аутсорсинг. Виокремлено особливості виникнення аутсорсингу і його подальшого розвитку. У статті розглядаються переваги, недоліки та пов’язані з ними ризики передачі логістичних послуг на аутсорсинг. Наведено основні етапи розвитку світового логістичного аутсорсингу, схему організації логістичних послуг, систему PL-провайдерів.

RU: В статье рассматриваются роль и значение логистического аутсорсинга для отечественных предприятий в современных условиях бизнеса, выделяются возможности передачи ряда логистических функций вовлеченным организациям, существующие реалии аутсорсинга логистических услуг в Украине и перспективные тенденции. Рассмотрена сущность понятия «аутсорсинг» и его типы, их применение в различных сферах деятельности, определены функциональные направления деятельности предприятий, где чаще всего применяется аутсорсинг. Выделены особенности внедрения аутсорсинга и его дальнейшего развития. В статье рассматриваются преимущества, недостатки и связанные с ними риски передачи логистических услуг на аутсорсинг. Приведены основные этапы развития мирового логистического аутсорсинга, схема организации логистических услуг, система PL-провайдеров.

EN: Globalization of the world markets, strengthening of the competition and constantly increasing customer requirements to the quality of logistic service intensified the development of outsourcing practice, that is involvement of contractors for accomplishment of the complex logistic services. Outsourcing due to profilisation of services which are provided allows reaching higher quality of their provision and, as a result, more complete consideration of consumer requests that is necessary in highly competitive economics. The company which transfers a part of logistic transactions to outsourcing, usually, can reduce its own expenses, which also increases potential market stability.ь The decision about outsourcing of logistic functions leads to fast adaptation to the changes of consumer demand; decrease the risk group. Application of outsourcing is necessary for the Ukrainian enterprises which want to increase significantly competitiveness in the market of services due to use of new technologies, restructuring of management and optimization of production processes. The final result of outsourcing is formation of competitive advantages due to concentration of efforts on the main activity and realization of nonprofile business processes at the highest professional level. The article examines the role and importance of logistics outsourcing for domestic enterprises in busi-ness environment. The possibility of transferring a number of logistic functions to involved organizations are highlighted in the article. Existing realities of outsourcing logistics services in Ukraine and future trends are discussed. The article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of transfer of logistics services outsourcing, the existing realities in the outsourcing of logistics services in Ukraine and promising trends. Positive features and weaknesses of logistics outsourcing are identified in the article. Functional activities of enterprises, where outsourcing is most often used are defined. The basic stages of the global logistics outsourcing scheme of logistics services are defined.
