Ефективність використання механізмів розподільчої логістики на промислових підприємствах

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто основні теоретичні положення розподільчої логістики промислових підприємств, які конкретизовано на основі загальної теорії логістики та принципів управління логістичними процесами. Досліджено поняття «розподіл» у контексті його використання в логістичній системі. Відображено місце розподілу в системі збутової діяльності промислового підприємства. Досліджено та проаналізовано питання функціонування розподільчої логістики промислових підприємств із позиції утворення інтегрованих ланцюгів постачання: товаровиробник – розподільчий центр – кінцевий споживач. Визначені основні функції розподільчої логістики на мікро- та макрорівнях. Сформована концептуальна модель формування розподільчої логістичної системи підприємства у вигляді структурно-логічної схеми. Визначені основні показники прямого та непрямого впливу логістичних процесів на прибуток промислового підприємства. Зроблені конструктивні висновки та визначені перспективи подальших досліджень.

RU: В статье рассмотрены основные теоретические положения распределительной логистики промышленных предприятий, которые конкретизированы на основе общей теории логистики и принципов управления логистическими процессами. Исследовано понятие «распределение» в контексте его использования в логистической системе. Отображено место распределения в системе сбытовой деятельности промышленного предприятия. Исследованы и проанализированы вопросы функционирования распределительной логистики промышленных предприятий с позиции образования интегрированных цепей снабжения: товаропроизводитель – распределительный центр – конечный потребитель. Определены основные функции распределительной логистики на микро- и макроуровнях. Сформирована концептуальная модель формирования распределительной логистической системы предприятия в виде структурно-логической схемы. Определены основные показатели прямого и косвенного влияния логистических процессов на прибыль промышленного предприятия. Сделаны конструктивные выводы и определены перспективы дальнейших исследований.

EN: The efficiency of activity of modern industrial enterprise to the fairly large extent depends on the adjusted mechanism of sale of own products. On solving this question, to the great extent, depends the competitiveness of the enterprise. Adjustment of marketing policy needs solving many production and managerial questions to which belong the questions of building relations with suppliers and consumers, with the transport logistic companies, with intermediaries and also on the determination of efficiency of such activity. This scientific work is aimed at the research of these questions. In the research the basic theoretical principles of distributive logistics of industrial enterprises were considered which were concretized on the basis of the general theory of logistics and the principles of management of logistic processes. The concept "distribution" in the context of its use in the logistic system was investigated. The place of distribution in the system of productive and marketing activity of industrial enterprise was displayed. It is emphasized on the distribution mission as independent logistic category. The issues of functioning of distributive logistics of industrial enterprises were investigated and analyzed from the position of formation of the integrated supply chains: producer – distribution center – final consumer. The main functions of distributive logistics on micro- and macrolevels were defined and displayed. The conceptual model of formation of a distributive logistic system of the enterprise in form of the structural and logic scheme was formed. The mentioned model includes such functional components as the policy of movement of commodity flow, the price policy, the contractual policy, the commodity policy, the policy of demand formation and sales promotion, organizational, material and technical and other aspects of sale, the marketing strategies, the policy of transportation of products. The key indicators of the direct and indirect impact on forming of profit of industrial enterprise were defined. The indicators of logistic processes which directly influence the formation of profit of the enterprise and also indicators of the indirect impact of logistic processes on formation of profit of the enterprise were characterized. The constructive conclusions and prospects of further researches were made.
