Аспекти визначення ефективності логістичної діяльності підприємства

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджені теоретичні аспекти ефективності логістичної діяльності підприємства. Розкрите поняття «ефективність логістичної діяльності» підприємства, відображені основні положення оцінки ефективності логістичної системи підприємства. Визначені загальні та індивідуальні показники оцінки логістичної діяльності підприємства, які базуються на структурних складниках логістичної системи підприємства та характеризують її розвиток. Запропоновані основні принципи, на яких повинні базуватися показники оцінки ефективності логістичної діяльності підприємства. Запропонований уніфікований алгоритм дає змогу здійснити виявлення резервів підвищення ефективності структурних ланок логістичної системи підприємства. Запропонована та обґрунтована класифікація показників оцінки ефективності структурних підсистем логістичної системи підприємства. Зроблені конструктивні висновки щодо проведеного дослідження.

RU: В статье исследованы теоретические аспекты эффективности логистической деятельности предприятия. Предложена трактовка понятия «эффективность логистической деятельности» предприятия, отображены основные положения оценки эффективности логистической системы предприятия. Определены общие и индивидуальные показатели оценки логистической деятельности предприятия, которые базируются на структурных составляющих логистической системы предприятия и характеризуют ее развитие. Предложены основные принципы, на которых должны базироваться показатели оценки эффективности логистической деятельности предприятия. Предложенный унифицированный алгоритм позволяет осуществить выявление резервов повышения эффективности структурных звеньев логистической системы предприятия. Предложена и обоснована классификация показателей оценки эффективности структурных подсистем логистической системы предприятия. Сделаны конструктивные выводы относительно проведенного исследования.

EN: The list of key indexes and indicators – economic, financial, etc. is characteristics of efficiency of activity of any enterprise. Logistic activity of the enterprise also has to be effective, and also has to be characterized by the certain list of indexes and indicators. Existence of such list of certain indicators of efficiency of the logistic system of the enterprise gives the chance more effectively to control such enterprise, to make management decisions on time, to maintain competitiveness of the enterprise. In this regard researches in the range of definition of the list of indicators of efficiency of the logistic system of the enterprise are quite relevant. In article theoretical aspects of efficiency of logistic activity of the enterprise are investigated. The opened concept "efficiency of logistic activity" of the enterprise, basic provisions of assessment of efficiency of the logistic system of the enterprise are displayed. The main structural components of efficiency of the logistic system of the enterprise are determined: productivity, reliability, efficiency and flexibility of this logistics system. The general and individual indicators of assessment of logistic activity of the enterprise which are based on structural components of the logistic system of the enterprise are defined and characterize its development. The basic principles on which indicators of assessment of efficiency of logistic activity of the enterprise have to be based are offered. From them system approach is chosen the basic. The offered unified algorithm allows to carry out identification of reserves of increase in efficiency of structural links of the logistic system of the enterprise. Classification of indicators of assessment of efficiency of structural subsystems of the logistic system of the enterprise is offered and proved. It is proved that using the list of the offered indicators and also the integrated indicator, it is fully possible to characterize efficiency of functioning of the logistic system of the enterprise. It is emphasized that the specified list of indicators is quite unified, and in practice the list of the specified indicators will be perhaps changed depending on actually available logistic system of the enterprise. Constructive conclusions of rather conducted research are made.
