Актуальні проблеми інноваційного розвитку залізничного транспорту в Україні

Abstract

UK: У статті розглянуто питання інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку залізничного транспорту в Україні та його вплив на конкурентоспроможність. Визначено, що підвищення ефективності інноваційного розвитку є одним з основних чинників забезпечення конкурентних переваг підприємства. Проведено дослідження впливу на формування, функціонування та реалізацію інноваційно-інвестиційної системи як трудових колективів, так і клієнтів галузі. Розкрито механізм реалізації інноваційно-інвестиційної моделі розвитку залізничного транспорту. В основу механізму реалізації інноваційно-інвестиційної моделі розвитку залізничного транспорту покладено програмно-цільовий підхід. Доведено що для інноваційного розвитку транспортної галузі необхідно створити умови для формування і розвитку інноваційного складника.

RU: В статье рассмотрены вопросы инновационно-инвестиционного развития железнодорожного транспорта Украины и его влияние на конкурентоспособность. Определено, что повышение эффективности инновационного развития является одним из основных факторов обеспечения конкурентных преимуществ предприятия. Проведено исследование влияния на формирование, функционирование и реализацию инновационно-инвестиционной системы как трудовых коллективов, так и клиентов отрасли. Раскрыт механизм реализации инновационно-инвестиционной модели развития железнодорожного транспорта. В основу механизма реализации инновационно-инвестиционной модели развития железнодорожного транспорта положен программно-целевой подход. Доказано что для инновационного развития транспортной отрасли необходимо создать условия для формирования и развития инновационной составляющей.

EN: The article considers issues of innovative development of railway transport of Ukraine in the process of management of transport enterprises and its influence on competitiveness. It is determined, that increase of efficiency of innovative development is one of the main factors of providing of competitive advantages of the enterprise. The study of the influence of the formation and implementation of the innovation-investment system on the functioning of both labor collectives and customers in the industry is ensured by the orientation of the transport enterprises to the needs of consumers, providing them with high quality services, which increases the implementation of transport services and, accordingly, increases the profits of the railroad. The mechanism of realization of innovative-investment model of development of railway transport is revealed. The basis of the mechanism of implementation of the innovation and investment model of the development of rail transport is appropriate to apply a program-targeted approach. In order to innovate the development of the transport industry, it is necessary to create conditions for the formation and development of an innovation component based on the scientific and technical potential, which includes: identifying the priorities of the innovative development of rail transport both in terms of developing modern transport technologies, updating transport infrastructure, and creating new generations of mobile composition, their further technological improvement on the basis of information and communication technologies; creation of effective mechanisms for stimulating innovation, attracting scientific organizations from other sectors and institutes National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; expansion of the resource base of innovation activity on the basis of rational use of the resource potential of a number of machine-building, repair and other enterprises; direction of industry development to accelerate the restoration of fixed assets. The transition to an innovation-investment model of development requires significant investment. Lack of support for the development and implementation of innovations in transport production is a major development challenge. On the basis of innovation-investment systems, we can concentrate on financial resources. World experience their poshuku show venture business is an integral part of the innovation financing system innovations, such entrepreneurship acts as an accelerator of innovation development and is able not only to bring the rail transport to the highest technological level, but also to ensure the scientific and technological progress of domestic transport technologies for the delivery of passengers and goods. Venture financing is an important component of the Ukrainian economy that, acts as a mechanism that helps to realize and to implement the development and achievement of scientific and technological progress in production. In a market economy, venture capital activates innovation activity, commodity and technological update, contributes to the structural transformation of the economy and deepening of integration processes. Therefore, solving the main problems of economic development in Ukraine impossible without active innovation activities, product and process updates. For the protection of favorable conditions innovative a large value has forming activity is of great importance to formation, which includes a set of economic entities and mechanisms, what is organizational materially provide effective interconnection consumers and manufacturers scientific products with the following its introduction into production.
