Метод випереджувального управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства

Abstract

UK: У статті досліджено сутність методу випереджувального управління безпекою підприємства в розрізі типологізації безпекових стратегій. Акцентовано увагу на доцільності розроблення і реалізації безпекової стратегії превентивного типу в діяльності вітчизняних підприємств із застосуванням попередньої діагностики загроз фінансово-економічним інтересам суб'єкта господарювання. Уточнено поняття випереджувального управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства з ужиттям запобіжних заходів як процесу формування взаємовідносин підприємства з мінливим зовнішнім середовищем його функціонування на основі виявлення й ідентифікації слабких сигналів про можливі загрози фінансово-економічній безпеці. З урахуванням систематизації підходів учених до класифікації загроз фінансово-економічним інтересам підприємства виявлено роль та переваги випереджувального управління безпекою суб'єкта господарської діяльності.

RU: В статье исследована сущность метода упреждающего управления безопасностью предприятия в разрезе типологизации стратегий безопасности. Акцентировано внимание на целесообразности разработки и реализации стратегии безопасности превентивного типа в деятельности отечественных предприятий с применением предварительной диагностики угроз финансово-экономическим интересам субъекта хозяйствования. Уточнено понятие упреждающего управления финансово-экономической безопасностью предприятия с проведением предупредительных мероприятий как процесса формирования взаимоотношений предприятия с изменчивой внешней средой его функционирования на основе выявления и идентификации слабых сигналов о возможных угрозах финансово-экономической безопасности. С учетом систематизации подходов ученых к классификации угроз финансово-экономическим интересам предприятия выявлены роль и преимущества упреждающего управления безопасностью субъекта хозяйственной деятельности.

EN: Instability and volatility of the external and internal environment of the enterprise, complicated predictability of its changes, and the possibility of the unpredictability of those or other results of economic activity create potential and real threats to the financial and economic interests of an economic entity, which can negatively affect its security situation. As a large number of risks may cause certain dangers to domestic enterprises both at the current stage of reform and affect the level of their development potential in the future, the issue of effective management of financial and economic security as an objective condition for further sustainable development becomes more and more relevant. Therefore, it is urgent to analyse the main strategies for managing the financial and economic security of domestic enterprises and to study the method of proactive management in security science. The essence of the method of proactive management of enterprise security in the context of the typology of security strategies is revealed by the specification of manifestations of proactive security management on the example of the algorithm for the development and implementation of a security strategy of preventive type. Classification of threats to the financial and economic interests of the enterprise on various grounds allows identifying the role of proactive security management given the provision of an acceptable security level of the economic entity. Proactive management as a method of ensuring an adequate level of financial and economic security of the enterprise is realized on the basis of forecasting and taking preventive protection measures with the dominance of the preliminary diagnosis of potential and real threats in the enterprise’s activities. In view of this, the method of proactive management of financial and economic security of the enterprise is considered as a process of forming the relationship of the enterprise with the external environment of its operation, which is unstable and poorly predictable, based on revealing and identifying weak signals about possible threats to financial and economic security and potential capabilities of the enterprise on ensuring sustainable and safe development in the long run. Advantages of using the method of proactive management of financial and economic security on the basis of developing and implementing the security strategy of preventive influence consist in gaining stability and ability by the enterprise to withstand threats subject to early diagnosis of threats and identification of potential and real risks, thereby ensuring the stable functioning of the economic entity and achievement of financial and economic interests by adapting to changing environment.
