Інтегральний показник рівня інноваційної активності підприємств аграрного сектору

Abstract

UK: У статті дано визначення поняття «інноваційно активне підприємство аграрного сектору економіки». Сформовано вибіркову сукупність підприємств аграрного сектору економіки Черкаської області за методикою Є. І. Ткача та визначено найкращі з них за показниками балансу. Для оцінки рівня інноваційної активності підприємств аграрного сектору згруповано показники ефективності інновацій (технологічні, економічні, соціальні та екологічні) в комплекс параметрів. Досліджено, що інтегральний показник рівня інноваційності відображає результати виробничо-економічної діяльності і дає змогу оцінити інноваційність розвитку підприємства аграрного сектору, модернізацію за рахунок внутрішніх і зовнішніх інвестицій, формування витрат в галузі та ін. За результатами проведених розрахунків інтегрального показника встановлено, що більшість підприємств аграрного сектору Черкаської області, які здійснювали інноваційну діяльність протягом останніх років, належить до групи із середнім рівнем інноваційної активності.

RU: В статье дано определение понятия «инновационно активное предприятие аграрного сектора экономики». Сформирована выборочная совокупность предприятий аграрного сектора экономики Черкасской области по методике Е. И. Ткача и определены лучшие из них по показателям баланса. Для оценки уровня инновационной активности предприятий аграрного сектора сгруппированы показатели эффективности инноваций (технологические, экономические, социальные и экологические) в комплекс параметров. Доказано, что интегральный показатель уровня инновационности отражает результаты производственно-экономической деятельности и позволяет оценить инновационность развития предприятия аграрного сектора, модернизацию за счет внутренних и внешних инвестиций, формирование расходов в отрасли и др. По результатам проведенных расчетов интегрального показателя установлено, что большинство предприятий аграрного сектора Черкасской области, которые осуществляли инновационную деятельность в течение последних лет, относятся к группе со средним уровнем инновационной активности.

EN: The article defines the concept of “innovatively active enterprise of the agrarian sector of the economy” as a new type of agrarian enterprise that is financially capable of organizing the production of competitive agrarian products and is focused on targeted strategic activities on the introduction of elements of innovation, which are complex, meet the needs of the market and allow get high indicators of economic and social efficiency, which collectively provides a stable position of the enterprise in the external environment. It is highlighted that each type of innovation is effective at a certain stage and has a certain life cycle, but for the agrarian sector's economy to develop steadily, it is necessary to change the type of innovation in a timely manner. The sample multitude of enterprises of the agrarian sector of economy of Cherkasy region was formed according to Tkach Ye.I. and the best of them by the indicators of balance are determined. In order to assess the level of innovative activity of enterprises in the agricultural sector, indicators of innovation efficiency (technological, economic, social and environmental) are grouped into a set of parameters. It was investigated that the integral index of the level of innovation reflects the results of production and economic activity and allows estimating the innovation of the enterprise development of the agrarian sector, because it takes into account the current system of business management, modernization through domestic and foreign investments, formation of expenses in the industry, etc. According to the results of calculations of integral index, it has been established that the majority of enterprises of the agrarian sector of economy of Cherkasy region, which carried out innovative activity in recent years, belong to the group with an average level of innovation activity. The most widespread innovations of enterprises of the agrarian sector of economy of Cherkasy region are new varieties of plants and breeds of animals, which allow to significantly increase the productivity of plants and productivity of animals, but unfortunately such innovations are considered to be an innovation only at the level of a separate enterprise.
