Зарубіжний досвід екологізації сільського господарства

Abstract

UK: Стаття присвячено вивченню зарубіжного досвіду розвитку екологічного сільського господарства. Вивчено різноманітність назв екологічних систем господарювання в країнах світу та принципи, які закладені в поняття «екологічне сільське господарство». Досліджено історію виникнення органічного сільського господарства. Проаналізовано розвиток органічного агарного виробництва на рівні світу, країн Європи та Європейського Союзу й окремих країн. Проведено групування органічних господарств Європи за розміром угідь. Розглянуто досвід ведення органічного виробництва в деяких країнах Європи, які досягли високих результатів розвитку цієї галузі та мають з Україною спільні межі й схожі природно-кліматичні умови, а саме досвід Німеччини, Франції, Польщі, Чехії та Словаччини.

RU: Статья посвящена изучению зарубежного опыта развития экологического сельского хозяйства. Изучено разнообразие названий экологических систем хозяйствования в странах мира и принципы, которые заложены в понятие «экологическое сельское хозяйство». Исследована история возникновения органического сельского хозяйства. Проанализировано развитие органического аграрного производства на уровне мира, стран Европы и Европейского Союза и отдельных стран. Проведена группировка органических хозяйств Европы по размеру угодий. Рассмотрен опыт ведения органического производства в некоторых странах Европы, которые достигли высоких результатов развития этой отрасли и имеют с Украиной общие черты и похожи природно-климатические условия, а именно опыт Германии, Франции, Польши, Чехии и Словакии.

EN: Safety and quality of food is an important problem in many countries today, and environmental safety of agricultural products becomes one of the main factors of its competitiveness on domestic and foreign markets. Organic agriculture provides a balanced ecosystem, which is the key to the sustainable development of the economic and social sphere of society. Developed countries of the world in the process of historical development have come to understand the need for the environmental direction of their further progress. That is why the world market of organic products was formed. The development of organic agriculture will help to increase agricultural production, strengthen food security even in the poorest regions of the world to ensure social justice and environmental preservation. The article is devoted to the study of foreign experience in the development of ecological agriculture. The variety of names of ecological systems of management in the countries of the world and the principles which are included in the concept “ecological agriculture” are studied. The history of the emergence of organic agriculture has been explored. The analysis of the development of organic agricultural production at the world level, the countries of Europe and the European Union and individual countries has been analyzed. A grouping of organic farms in Europe has been organized in terms of size. The factors contributing to the development of organic agriculture in the world are identified. The experience of conducting organic production in some European countries, which have achieved the high results of the industry and have common borders and similar natural and climatic conditions: Germany, France, Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, are considered. The legal principles of conducting organic production in the countries of the world are studied. The experience of creating certification bodies was studied. The basic principles of certification of organic production and products are investigated.
